I was at the counter by the pharmacy at the question counter. Two woman were on the computer, I waited as I needed assistance to unlock cabinet. I waited and when they finally acknowledged me ,I felt I was interrupting them . You are there to help, correct? Nicer is better.

I started using this pharmacy the day it opened .
I'm on a lot of meds and use this pharmacy weekly.
They usually have no problem keeping all my meds in stock except for one my oxycontin prescription.
There has been so many times over the years where they have been out of stock.In fact they have been out twice in the past two months.
When I call to find out sometimes the person in the other end of the phone seems to have an attitude about me asking why.
They always blame it on someone else like there distributers and warehouse.Your not supposed to miss doses of your medications but apparently it's ok to miss taking your pain medication.At least that's the way they make me feel about it.
This time it's been 3 days and I'm still waiting.I just wish this pharmacy had a little more compassion for people like myself and others patiently waiting for there pain medication.

My family has had very disappointing experiences at this pharmacy. They gave my husband the wrong prescription with a label that did not match and when we went to exchange it the next day the pharmacy was closed because they couldn’t find a pharmacist to work! What kind of pharmacy gives a customer an incorrect prescription? The label they put on the box was the correct thing and the box was wrong. Whoever is working in this pharmacy really needs to slow down and focus on what they are doing.

Worst Pharmacy I have every used. Pharmacist told me that she will be happy to transfer my scripts else where when I told her how I have had consistent issues with my refills, which I have planned on doing anyways. They are absolutely awful and don't have any customer service. Highly advise against this pharmacy location.

Absolutely the best pharmacy. The pharmacist is so kind and helpful, as well as the pharmacy techs. Anytime I call they always go out of their way to help.

Don’t go here for any kind of testing / lab work, or you might get a letter from Quest Diagnostics asking you to mail them the same insurance information you all ready submitted to CVS. Called customer service at both this CVS location and Quest, nobody wanted to help. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

Worst pharmacy experience of my life. Went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist started an argument with me making various incorrect statements that actually contradicted herself. First she didn't have it, then it didn't exist, then it had been discontinued. I have been taking it for 2 years!I got it filled with no problem at Walgreens.

Gloria she’s nice and helpful ? most of the time i come in the am, every other week when she’s around! Expect that there’s no issues! she’ll even show you her monitor so you can see what you can apply to save more money. I love her!!! One of the best employee this cvs have, she’s a multitasker too! Very good! She’s not a hater no attitude! I just 100% ?????? ) her-couponer in am lol

Great people great atmosphere. Everyone friendly! Also very clean I might add. Probably cleaner than any other cvs, Walgreens, rite aid, etc ...

Horrible customer service at pharmacy. Be sure you do not do anything to upset them. Witnessed the following:1. Shouting birth dates and names out across the store.2. Gloves were not being changed between patients.3. Witnessed an unattended dosage left on counter.Watch out if you are getting vaccinated-confirm what you are getting.
