Arrange for a U-Haul pick up. The place was closed at 10:30 and no one answered the phone. An employee showed up, but said he couldn’t do anything without the manager and couldn’t even unlock the door. Had to shift my reservation to Moosup.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would, they have had my mom's car since August 2022 it is now October 2023.
They said they could give my mom a new transmission and it would be done within 6 to 8 weeks and it's been over 12 months and they still have that car, we had to purchase another vehicle because they were taking so long, and every time we call or show up, they are either closed or ignoring our calls. Please do not bring your car here, you will never see it again. And with all this, they may not even give us a slight refund. Go anywhere else but here.

This guys been nothing but honest to me. Fair price. Hes a hard working without trying to price gouge. I've sent four co-workers to him. He's treated them the same and they were impressed with his work

I got my car serviced here, mind you it’s never broken down before, not even a mile down the road my car breaks down so I call the guy and him and his girlfriend laughed at me on the side of the road.

Hands down, the best auto service I've ever had. As long as I'm driving and living in Connecticut, they have a customer for life.Backstory, I've always done my own auto work when it comes to brakes or things which don't require removing the engine ever since I took my first car in for brakes and they let me leave with a leaking master cylinder. Due to injuries and disc issues, I can longer physically do the work.Computech was completely open and up front about everything, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and got my vehicle done quickly. I highly recommend them.

Bill is awesome he is reliable, reasonable and will help you as much as possible. Great mechanic and great guy all around... I buy my used cars here, get my cars serviced here and repaired!!! And when I moved they had uhauls!! Great place, great work!

This is a follow up to a repair done 3 years ago.I was really disappointed that they lied to me.Be careful, this shop doesn’t do honest work!They said they replaced all my spark plugs with parts ordered from Mercedes dealership.However, it turned out they just used some cheap parts from auto lite.The price difference is huge.They charged me $800 just to replace a few spark plugs and wires.They might screw other people the same way!

I called and made my appointment to get my front brakes, rotors and oil changed (I brought all the supplies needed) and it only came out to 140. Bill had it done within three hours. I found the price was very reasonable and thought he was very professional and knowledgeable as he also answered some questions about my transmission. Would definitely recommend any of my friends to go there!
