“Anibal Faria who is a professional dog handler brought my dog, Penny, to your office last week. He said that he would give your office the highest rating possible. The staff was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. They are animal lovers and we had no issue leaving my dog at the office throughout the day. Dr Pam is an excellent vet; I wish that we had met her 20 years ago. The office is wonderful and Penny’s vet is kind, considerate, and very helpful.”

Staff was helpful in coming out to my car to assist with bringing in and bringing out my cats. I was fortunate to be seen early and did not have to wait long in the exam room. The veterinarian was very professional during the exam and ensured my questions were answered. My cats will be repeat customers as long as we are in the area.”
“My dog is family to us. When she started to get sick on Labor day weekend , we were in a panic because my normal vet was out of town. Norwich Vet was the only vet opened. It also was a Sunday of this holiday weekend. The girl on the phone was wonderful. Knowing I had never been. Come right in . What a wonderful experience. The vet was so nice . Did not rush . Gave me meds. The price was not crazy.

“The BEST emergency vet on this side of CT! My dog, Erinie, was in extremely grave condition (on a Sunday morning), they had me come right in, they knew exactly what to do, did it, and did it well. Erinie is now well on the mend!
The cost was about half of what I expected for a two night stay. If a reason ever arises, I will go back. A HUGE thank you to all the friendly staff! And to the tech who took initial care of him, sorry about your shoes.”

“Great first visit here! my dog was not a patient there but was able to be seen the day I called. Staff was very friendly and attentive to my senior pup. Did not feel rushed at all. The Dr. took her time on examining my pup and explained all care options. We found a new vet for our 2 dogs!”
