Having just moved to CT from RI, I was appreciative that they were able to see my cat the day after I called for a possible emergency and it cost almost $300 for an exam. I was quite unhappy that I had to wait for test results. My cat was seen on 9/13, I called on the 19th when I still hadn’t gotten the results and was told they’d had the results since the 16th, but the doctor hadn’t had a chance to review them. I proceed to call once or twice more and continued to be told I would be “put at the top” and would call me that night or the next day. I finally was provided with the results on October 5th after responding to a text reminder that my cat was due for his 3 year shot. Since the results showed that it’s possible he may be diabetic again, I feel a 1 month delay is unacceptable and will be looking for a new doctor for my furbaby.

Great first visit here! my dog was not a patient there but was able to be seen the day I called. Staff was very friendly and attentive to my senior pup. Did not feel rushed at all. The Dr. took her time on examining my pup and explained all care options. We found a new vet for our 2 dogs!

I adopted a kitten from a shelter out of state only to realize she had a fever and upper respiratory infection. I waited over six hours at another E.R (pets are triaged and seen in order of priority which I fully understand) and in the long run I gave up and decided to try elsewhere. I was a walk-in and didn't know their urgent care services were by appointment only. Despite this, and having no prior relationship as a client, the technician was very compassionate and accommodated me anyways. My kitten was seen and attended to in an incredibly timely manner, the level of care and compassion she received was above and beyond. Cost was incredibly reasonable, and every single staff member was a friendly, smiling face. I cannot thank them all enough!

Great doctor and staff. Everyone was accommodating and friendly. No hassle. Park the car and text "I'm here". When ready they text back to go in and it's straight to business.

I have been going to Lebanon Veterinary Hospital for many years and with several dogs. I watched the facility grow from one doctor, Dr. Z, who is phenomenal, to what it is today. The staff is so compassionate and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this facility and their fantastic doctors to anyone who is looking for the best possible care for their pets.

Extremely friendly staff, appointment was quick but I didn’t feel rushed at all. Prices are affordable and staff happily answered all my questions! I feel very safe bringing my pet here and suggest Lebanon Vet to everyone I know:)

Dr.Z and especially Dr.M have been incredible. Our two dogs recently had health emergencies with severe symptoms and special needs and they were there for every emergency, knew who to refer us to or how to help us, and definitely give this kind of care to all patients. Unfortunately we have recent spent a lot of time at the vet but we could not have found a better provider. The office staff and techs are excellent. They genuinely care for your animals. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Very professional, responsive, and supportive. Feel blessed to be working with this hospital. My kitty babies are well cared for :) plus they have Leo the giant cat the keep everyone company!

this is a great vet, they take really good care of my dog, even though he is a little bit of a wild Boy haha they have great staff, and are very friendly, the one downside would be, the waiting room is very small, so you do have to wait in your car with your pet before coming in

We are thankful for their service. They are not pushy with services that are not needed. We had to fina a place closer to home and hours that worked for us. So far, we haven't been disappointed with the service.

I needed to have my dog checked out, and they fit me in that day. I was a wreck, and Dr Z and his assistant ( sorry I didn't get her name) were very understanding and professional.

Very cooperative and kind and had a lovely attitude, they made sure to calm me after knowing it was my first time ever bringing my cat to the vet and they diagnosed her properly (some vets don't)
