“Interlaken was all we could ask for as a wedding venue and then some. They continue to revamp their space and create a very welcoming atmosphere for all of their guests. We loved being able to have Interlaken be the premier destination for everything during our wedding weekend from the rehearsal dinner to the morning-after brunch. Being able to accommodate all of our guests allowed us to make our wedding weekend our own and was everything we wanted. Susan and the staff were our favorite part of booking at Interlaken. Susan has such a calming demeanor and was a joy to spend time with. She is on top of every detail and never gets flustered. We loved all the weekend festivities and let me tell you the service was top-notch. We would recommend Interlaken to anyone and remember to ask for Susan!”

“Kids Time offers lots of fun and engaging options for kids in need of "letting some sillies out", as we say in our family. It's a perfect option for cold days, rainy days, hot days -- pretty much any day. It's also a great spot for play dates and birthday parties. It fills in the gap left behind by the fast food restaurants of yesterday, which offered similar sorts of "play places". The owner, Ken, is also very accommodating and makes an effort to host community events.”
