Had to go to the bank in person because my debit card was compromised-Aaron was very patient and helpful; he filed a claim and provided me with a new debit card. In addition,the young lady at drive thru was very nice also and assisted in the debit card.Great customer service-My CD is up at another bank in December will be moving it over to this bank !!Very nice atmosphere cheerful professional staff.

Awful bank. Atm ripped me off $100 when it didn't dispense the money but charged my account. I called the bank manager Dave and he said its my problem to file a claim. They use subcontractors for their ATM. Do yourself a favor use a bank that services their own ATM's. There are several in CT. When the bank services their own they simply count the ATM and give you your money. I will never do any business with TD. There's plenty of choices why deal with 2nd rate.

Amazing customer service from Dave! I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for days because I wasn’t able to manage my account through the app. For some reason I was logged out. Dave was very helpful, patient and hustled to still attend to other clients while still going out of his way for me. I am so appreciative to this type of customer service that we don’t get to see anymore. Dave you’re awesome!!!!

I want to thank Dan at the Killingworth branch. He was working the drive-thru and was such a friendly employee. I'm housesitting in this area and isolated in an area I'm not familiar with. He was so nice and made me feel a little less alone out here!! Keep up the awesome positivity Dan!! And thank you!!
