I can't say enough good things about Travis and his team. I had some issues with my 6.7 Cummins, First off let me say they answered the phone. He took the time almost 30 minutes out of his day to discuss the issues I had. Not once was there any pressure to use him for the repair. He just provided me with information and some recommendations. I had a deadline that I needed the truck back by and he said that he thought he would be able to fit me in. Well not only did he fit me in he finished early. Did an awesome job, fixed all issues and was more than reasonable with the cost. I think I just found my new go to repair shop. I highly recommend. Someone once told me a shop is where vehicles get repaired and a garage is where vehicles are parked. Well this is a shop that you will not be disappointed with.

My 96 f350 had a blown rear end, a job that requires expert precision. Travis took the whole axle apart and replaced every bearing and seal. He took his time to get it perfect and ensured me that it was dialed in which gives me the confidence to run the truck again. Definitely the place to go for technical repairs done right!

I dropped my 04 GMC off for repair . When I received a call I expected a quote for the repair costs but instead was told that the frame was no longer safe due to rust. 3 months before an other garage had replaced the fuel filter assembly and a brake line no mention of the frame. Northeast allowed me to look at the frame and pointed out the various problems with it. I can’t thank them enough for their honesty and professionalism.

I just recently moved to Durham and was having an oil pressure issue with my diesel truck. Not being familiar with the area after asking around north east diesel came highly recommended. When I called they were very professional and I was informed there was a couple week waiting list since they are in such high demand! After a couple weeks I got a call back saying they could take the truck in. Dropped the truck off February 15th and had it back the next day. Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Travis through the whole process kept me updated and informed with the issue going on, turned out to just be a bad pressure sensor. It was a special order part and had it next day aired. Travis replaced that and replaced some steering comments for the truck as well. I’m more than pleased with his work and professionalism very reasonably priced as well. Over all they have an outstanding business they are running and will only bring my vehicles to them for maintenance and repairs!

I had an intense electronic issue with my Cummins. Travis had it diagnosed corrected in a very short amount of time. The problem was explained very well and I felt my baby was in good hands. Will return in the future!

I have used Travis and Northeast diesel on numerous occasions for my diesel pick up trucks… His knowledge and experience definitely gets a five star rating for me. He's very meticulous and detailed with his work and explains everything thoroughly prior to doing the work on the truck. Every project he has done for me Has gone above and beyond what I expected. He is also very fair and competitive with his pricing which is a huge plus. He has always kept me informed before the job during the job, and after the job and always checks in with me for several months after the job has been completed to check how everything is going to make sure I am still happy… That's a very rare find in a business today I highly recommend Travis and Northeast diesel for any custom diesel work. You want done to your pick up trucks to include motor and suspension work to which he takes a lot of pride in doing.

If there was a 6th star to select, it would would be 4 short of how many truly need to be selected.Help, ginuine knowledge, and service like Northeast Diesel and Travis shared with me was something like that of our grandparents would say Folks back in the day use to give.I work on many vehicles and my jetski myself, from mechanical to electrical and electronic, but diesel isnt my realm.Travis and his team led me in the right direction, and shared their insight on my nightmare of a situation with a Jeep Ecodiesel.While there could have been a lot of money to be made, Travis talked with me about options and worth of going down multiple paths, and ultimately helped me orchestrate through a therapy session with this Jeep Ecodiesel saga.His experiences, TIME, and insight are what i received which these things have no pricetag.Good people, not just smart and knowledgeable mechanics. Glad to have connected with Northeast Diesel and Travis.
