Had a new hot water heater installed. Eli was prompt, courteous, very polite, and very knowledgeable. The installation went without issue. A nice clean-up followed and the old water heater was taken away. Eli went over everything with me, and explained all my options prior the removal and installation. The call and dispatch was easy. Outstanding experience! Literally found water dripping from the ceiling as I was departing on vacation. Called Griswold plumbing from the road and they were able to get someone out to my house in a timely fashion to determine the cause of the leak. The cause was quickly repaired and fixed.
