“Dr. Hassey is one of the BEST! She has been seeing our pups for years and trust everything she has said and done for us. I've never had a bad experience with anyone here. Always kind and polite. People need to realize you are given the same energy you give off. They don't want to see your pets suffer either and almost all cases are different/unique. Dr. Hassey is a God send. They have all shown love to our pets every time we have visited and treat them like their own. We refuse to go anywhere else!!”

“Sophie is a 10 year old military service dog, with a knee injury and bad hips. We pre-paid for laser joint treatments, showed up 15 minutes early, checked in, and were ignored for 45 minutes. The poor dog. She's in agony, and you OVERBOOK, AND TAKE EVERY WALK IN, INSTEAD OF HELPING SOPHIE. We put your KID through VETERANARY SCHOOL, after SIX YEARS of having THREE DOGS seen there, at premium prices. THIS is how you THANK a KENEALY KENNELS senior SERVICE dog??!! It's very sad, because the veteran is distraught now, and questions whether he wants another service dog after his experiences there. Devastating.”

They are very knowledgeable and compassionate which is so important. If you love your fur babies, this is the hospital for you.”
“My 9 year old Golden needed knee surgery for a torn ACL. Dr Mitterling made the process easy and they gave great educational information. It was expensive, but most veterinary things are and my pet insurance covered most of it thank goodness. The techs at the clinic are all friendly and helpful.”
“Foster Vet Clinic is always reasonably priced, super understanding, and patient with my senior cat. They're very gentle with her even when she's hissing at them because she doesn't like people that aren't my family. And best yet they are the only people that she lets trim her nails which besides checkups is usually my main reason for bringing her in. They don't treat her roughly like other vets have in the past which is why she got to the point of disliking other people outside of my family. They are the best and I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a reliable, safe, fairly priced, and caring vet. From the receptionists, to the assistants, to the vets themselves they are super friendly and show time after time they care about both you and your animal. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I absolutely would. Unless I move out of the area they will be my cats vet for life”
“This was my transition to a new vet after moving down here a couple years ago. It’s been hard finding one on the level that Animal Hospital of Putnam conducts themselves. Nevermind this new visit was a doozy of a first visit. We discovered my girl had cancer. However, they were quick, informative, and had her scheduled for surgery for the following week. The communication is out of this world, the staff have been beyond sweet and caring, and extremely prompt with responses. Their want to do right by their clients and furry patients is clear. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Bringing my other dogs in for their wellness checks soon! We found our vet here finally. ?”
“I have been bringing my dog there to get his nails done before and they did a great job yesterday we brought him back to have the spa treatment to have the shampoo and conditioner blowout of his under coat nails and teeth done Becca did amazing job he looks so good clean and his fur is so soft ❤”
“I was very stressed by the fact that my two long haired cats developed very dense tangles and knots in their fur. After weeks of trying to brush or cut the mats out I finally got smart and made appointments for them to be groomed at the clinic. They look like small lions and now are visibly happier. I hope I have learned from the experience and plan to stay on top of their grooming moving forward. I am pleased and relieved by the care they received!!”
