The Dayville Staples is in a very rural area. It's a tech mecca. I sometimes compare prices on products online. I could save a little. If something goes wrong the techs have always been first-rate. "Just bring it in." A two-minute job is usually at no cost. Thanks

Tech support staff are very helpful and patient. They take their time and give every effort to solve the problem and not make you feel stupid.Store staff are readily available to offer help and answer questions.

There is nothing extraordinary about this store. It's a Staples, all of them are the same. I have been going to this one for 5+ years. It's a great store. I would have given them 5 stars but there is that computer I got last year and it couldn't support 2 screens. I had to purchase a hardware upgrade but that did not happen either. There were delivery hitches and all that. I am still waiting on a follow up but... the lesson is simple, maybe this isn't the place to get your computer! Great for writing tools, printer paper, ink etc.

good selection most of the time but on occasion the shelves can sometimes be bare. but overall good place to get your school supplies at the beginning of the school year or just need to stop in!

I never thought I'd be reviewing Staples, but this one was AWESOME! It was super clean & easy to find things. The best thing was our superb customer service clerk. If you need help, JONATHAN is the person to see!!We were on vacation & had left the charger for my laptop behind. We told him the type of laptop & he walked us directly to the cord, explained the product & answered our questions. At checkout he told us about the staples app, and walked me through the process to install. Ultimately, it gave me a $10 coupon off my purchase.If you're in the area and need anything, stop in, it will exceed your expectations!

Called store and asked if they could help me with my computer..said yes bring it in now.... "1st the best thing is, I talk to a human being."I brought the computer To the store in Dayville Connecticut....A very Nice young man explained everything to me.... Went over What he was going to do and how much everything would cost... After that he said he would give me a call in A-day.. Called me the next day, I went in and he explained everything he did to me. Gave me a little lesson and how to do Things...If you need help... With your computer he is the one best Tech help...!!

I’ve been to this location twice to make copies. Both times I was there the employees where rude with me. One laughed at me just for asking for copies on lighter paper.

I hate for one employee to ruin things for a business but I will never be going back to this staples again. Absolutely rude and entitled staff member during checkout. I should have just walked out and taken my business elsewhere.
