Do not even think about reaching out to this place. They will never take new clients, and if your animal is really sick or suffering they won’t care and just send you to tufts. They put the community last and serve themselves first. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, if your animal is sick don’t expect them to have a single shred of care.

Dr. Lambert is very knowledgeable and takes care of all 3 of my animals. He is kind and is gentle with my pets.

Beware! The vet may go on a completely inappropriate rant about anything and everything, except treating your dog. Do not voice any alternate opinions as you may find yourself canceled and searching for a new place to care for your dog. After nearly 7 years we were treated with complete disrespect and lack of concern for our very sick dog. The support staff was always very nice, but there are many other options in the area.

Dr Lambert is a miserable person - I would not recommend this vet to anyone. He told my mother (who was accompanying my grandfather putting his dog down) that he doesn’t like her, and that he hopes he never sees her again when she asked how much longer they were going to have to wait (it had been 1.5 hours at this point). Not only that but he came back in 2 other times to continue berating her. So much so that his nurse took her aside to apologize and ask if she was okay. Thanks Dr Lambert for making a really hard day for all of us, even worse.

Vet threatens to not service your pet, unless vaccinated for ailments that pose zero threat to the vet. Makes zero sense, so it must be for profit am I wrong? That alone should make you question someone’s moral compass if not to question their basic ability to think critically. Our Pet gets near death sick when stuck with shots that are completely unnecessary. Massive disappointment towards someone who apparently cares for your pet family.

Both the doctor and the technicians are very kind and welcoming, never had any problems whatsoever here. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
