Worst Dunkin in the area. Nothing has changed here, bad service and wait time is too long. Placed a mobile order and stood waiting for over 5 minutes. Asked for a refund and went to Wescott Road, service is phenomenal there.

It’s absolutely insane to have people waiting in your drive thru for 30 minutes at 6 AM, and not even address it, apologize,…. Once in the drive thru , you cannot leave. You’re trapped - and for 30 minutes? 5 min is too long for a drive thru the majority of the time. At the very least you should be apologizing for holding people hostage and acknowledge how crazy it is to be this slow and behind. A bit of acknowledgement can go a long way. The staff needs more support, not fair to them

this places sucks! the service is terrible. The shorter woman who makes food and sometimes drivethru does nothing but complain and swear in front of customers and degrades her younger fellow employees. You should be embarrassed by how disorganized and unfriendly the staff is. So slow and angry, we as customers are made to feel guilty buying a coffee.I can speak for almost all of the patrons that have gone to this location and tell you that you are the worst. NEVER going there again.

No acknowledgment of inside customers. Stood around with multiple employees ignoring me before I just left and went to Wescott one. Unless you are using drive thru don’t waste your time

Been going there 10 years, never had a problem till recently. Short brunette lady with glasses gave me an attitude about it not being open 24 hours and in the same manic discussion (with herself) pointed out the website says 24 hours. Next day she deliberately gives me the wrong food and glares at me smiling as I leave, only to find out later the food was incorrect.Sorry but you lost a customer, at least for a couple of years. I'll gladly drive a different route and visit a different D&D as we all know they're locations are every 5 miles.

This dunkin has not been 24 hours in over a year yet at the time im writing continues to advertise that they are both on google and the dunkin website. Don’t go here past 9pm unless you want to be disapointed.

This is consistently the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Tonight around 4:15 pm I waited 10 mins at the drive thru with no answer. There was no one ahead of me in line and one customer in the store. I drove off without ever talking to anyone. Similar to other reviews, I've previously sat in the drive thru for 30 mins+ without being able to leave due to how it's setup. Even on the rare chances I actually get my order, the food is frequently not fresh or cold. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other Dunkins in the area a few mins down the road. It will save you time and frustration. I'm not sure who owns this location but it is so poorly run I am in awe everytime I go.
