These people are so rude ! Michael
basically Insulting me throughout my pedicure and never came back to check on me . Just moved to the next person. The owner was very unpleasant as well. Wouldn’t recommend it . Was in the area , traveling 20 miles to be treated with respect and not being ignored is worth it. Won’t ever be back .

I went for the first time, a lady named Pam took care of my nails. She was very kind and my nails turned out excellent, just what I wanted.

This place is wonderful. The owners are so very sweet. I took my little diva to get her nails done and they came out so fabulous. We only do it every once in a blue moon- and this experience for her was me to remember. The staff is also incredibly welcoming. Thanks Diva nails for making our mommy daughter day even better

I have had multiple bad experiences at this salon. They NEVER take an appointment in on time. Last month they told me that they confused the walk in and I and I had to sit and wait until she was done before they did my nails, they were done terribly I had to return to have them fixed twice in the first two days. I had decided I was going to find somewhere new but my husband got me a gift certificate for Mother’s Day. So today I had an appointment to use my gift certificate. My appointment was at 2, I explained when I made the appointment I needed to leave by 3. At 2:30 they still hadn’t even started so I left. I’ll never return. It’s unprofessional to take an appointment and consistently make people wait upwards of 30 mins.

They took me at the end of the day and she shouldn't have because it was very rushed.
My nails hurt the next day.
Two nails popped off 7 days later- and two more the next.
I had fullset acrylics. The edges near my cuticles were very choppy. The only reason I'm giving it a two star review is because the place was clean and they were friendly. But I more than likely will not be going back.

I went to Diva Nails 2 to get my acrylic nails removed after getting them done the previous day and not liking them at all. Instead of removing my nails the proper way by soaking them, the lady ripped them off using the fake nail that they use in the beginning of the acrylic process. It was so painful and the lady could tell as she kept looking at me and awkwardly laughing. You can see in the photo that she didn’t fully remove the acrylic nail, so now I still have pieces of the acrylic leftover. She charged me $15 even though she did not do it the proper way and caused severe pain. I could have done this at home for free, but I wanted it done properly so I wouldn’t hurt myself like she ended up hurting me. I will never be going back here as it is unprofessional and she just didn’t want to waste her time instead cheaping her way out so she did not have to use her supplies by removing them the right way.

My daughter and I come here every couple of months. We make an appointment but walk ins are welcome. Mother and daughter day out is full of love.

Place was very clean and sanitized. I had a pedicure done by Lynn and it was excellent. She was professional. She explained what she was doing. I was so pleased that I purchased two gift certificates for my sisters. I highly recommend trying this place.

I was charged $8 tax on a $45 service! On top of that itipped $10. The job was mediocre at best.....be careful!

I’ve been in this place doing my nails for over 10 years and recently a change owner so this is the second time then I’m here with the new owner and I was and I FaceTime phone call because somebody in my family has to talk to me and this lady come to me and told me that I have to shut it off my phone because another customer didn’t like it and I’m bother other people are you kidding me first of all I don’t even know why she was very upset about it because it wasn’t loud and second she is the owner of the place. How dare you gonna say such a thing like that to a customer and she was mad rude she wasn’t nice maybe if she was nice I may will do it but let me tell you everyone out there it’s too expensive and sometimes the service is not what you deserve think twice if you wanna go there.

Went in as a walk in they took me right away. Felt very relaxed and pampered. Polish is still perfect 3 weeks later. Very pleased with my pedicure.

I don't like it when they all speak Korean and laugh. I feel uncomfortable. If they cannot share their jokes or comments in English, they probably should not be sharing them at all. They do, however, do a great job on my nails!
