“Randomly my check engine light went on, and car started "sputtering". Went in the following morning (10/27/23), Colton (I believe that was his name, the young guy working) scanned my car, explained what the codes meant and explained to me what needed to be done (spark plugs and coils 1 & 4 needed to be changed). He not only got all the parts I needed, showed me which tools would be required to change it, but also gave me advice. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I spoke with my uncle (a mechanic) and with Colton's advice and my uncle's guidance I was able to change the part on my own. I am very appreciative for all his help!”

“Competency is pretty hard to find these days, it seems, but not here! These guys know their stuff. I'm a machinist, but I'm no mechanic. The manager, Chris, did an excellent job running diagnostic tests and pinpointing the issue, after my headlights died on the highway on the way home. Obviously I thought my battery was dying, but they tested everything, and it turned out to be a loose connection on one headlight and the other had just burned out by coincidence. A really odd circumstance, but instead of just testing the battery and throwing his hands up, Chris tested the entire fuse box, then when they appeared good, he dug into the headlights (which are not easily accessed) and tested the physical connections. All of this extra labor and troubleshooting, free of charge mind you.He and the younger guy with him saved me a ton of time, money, and stress of bringing it to the dealership.”

“It's for sure a weird time to be car shopping. On top of that, I have discovered that I have a very difficult time spending $ on something that might be considered "discretionary" or for enjoyment only. Recently, my wife and I decided that we were going to purchase Corvette Convertible; something we have wanted for a very long time.We found one at Vachon Chevrolet, a bit higher priced than I would have hoped. I traded emails with JImmy, and he was able to come down on the price a bit. He wasn't overly pushy, or, like a few other places I have dealt with recently, dismissive. (as I said, it's a weird time to be buying cars--many places were of the attitude "take it or leave it, you're lucky we're even selling to you") I found Jimmy to be straightforward and very easy to work with.Right before forking over the $ I practically broke out in a cold sweat and my palms started sweating. Like I said, I'm typically not a "toy" buying guy; and a Corvette convertible as a 3rd car, is for sure that. After signing all paperwork, I even changed my mind between financing & paying cash. I was somewhat expecting some "oh, we can't do that once all the papers have been signed" or something. Both Jimmy & Jeff, the finance manager, were great. They redrafted all the papers without batting an eye and were very understanding.The car was delivered on time, clean and in good shape, all paperwork needed for me to register the car in MA was supplied to me, and I had no issues. So far, after a couple of weeks, the car has been great.I'm still waiting for a promised front license plate bracket (oddly enough, c7 Corvettes have no where to attach the plate on front, I still have one tie wrapped on) but am confident Jimmy will send as promised.All in all, I was very happy with my experience with Jimmy, Jeff, & Vachon Chevrolet. I'd highly recommend them, and for sure look there myself next time I'm ready to buy.”

“Highly recommend this dealership, the Sales Mgr Tony and the salesman Moises were outstanding!! I was shopping for a used luxury SUV and was pleasantly surprised at the excellent diversified inventory that they had to choose from including American and foreign models such as Cadillac XT5s, a few different Mercedes models, BMWs, Acura, Audi, Volvo, and more!! I wasn't sure what SUV make or model that I wanted so I was very pleased how patient and informative that Tony and Moises were!! They spent several hours with me, let me test drive several vehicles, let me take one of the SUVs home overnight and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase. It wasn't an easy decision because I liked one of the Cadillacs, a Mercedes GLE 350 with very low miles and a BMW X5! I ended up selecting a 2018 Volvo XC 90 T6 Momentum, it is absolutely loaded with options, still has some of the warranty remaining, the price was very reasonable and I received an excellent price for my trade!! The dealership has an easy to use website to view all the vehicles including the options and has the car fact reports online too!! I love my Volvo and had a great buying experience!”
