Place sucks!! They have no clue on how to deal with shepherds. The place smells and there is all different animals every place. There is rust and the place is just gross. Should of walked out as soon we got there. Did not cut all his nails, did not blow dry him all the way and the best thing of all is you had to do the bath with them cause they are clueless. If I wanted dog hair all over me I could have done this myself and saved myself the.money. He now has had a very bad time and smells like wet dog. NEVER BRING YOUR LOVED ANIMAL THERE!!!!!!

Amazing hidden gem! (At least to me) About a week ago I stopped in for the first time to see if they could trim my dogs nails. The service was quick and my dogs were really friendly and happy with the person that trimmed their nails. (I think it was the the owner)We will definitely be going back!

This is such a great store, especially if you're interested in reptiles! They have a very full reptile room, and are very willing to let you pet and handle them. There is a really neat selection, including boas, tegus, bearded dragons, iguanas, leopard geckos...They have pet supplies and do dog grooming. There are some cute resident bunnies that roam the store, and they also have some rescue animals. I go there to get superworms for my beardie, and my daughter always wants to come along to visit the animals

Staff were SO friendly, felt like i was visiting friends rather than at a shop. They had animals out and about and encouraged us to pet them and interact. Very helpful with recommendations and had some cool reptiles!

Pat does an absolutely fantastic job. She has been grooming our dogs for years and recently I brought my older cat to her. Her grooming is absolutely fear free and so gentle. It makes a huge difference in his care. The animals are well kept and very healthy. Pat cares about every single animal she has in the store.Overall, a fantastic place, just wish I lived closer to it so I could go their more.

This place is amazing! Like a zoo and a pet store in one. Everyone there clearly loves animals, and the animals all seem happy and well-cared for. We went in the morning “just to look” and came back a couple hours later for a hamster :) couldn’t be happier with the service from all three employees who helped us during our visits.
