What a find! Lots of unique and fun items. I admit to self-gifting a warm, wool shirt. Cool stocking stuffers. I will be back for a cast iron skillet. Nick, at the counter, couldn't be friendlier. and he looks like Santa, to boot!

They don't deserve a 1 star. I'm typing extra words to fill the minimum characters. The one star review was posted by a Karen who shouldn't be allowed in this platform

This is a great little store and the owners are very friendly and helpful. I don't normally post reviews, but wanted to post one here because I saw someone else posted a negative review (it looks like they apparently ignored the signs posted that there are no photos in the store.) I once asked the owners about the signs, and was advised that people come in to check out a product, take photos, and then go home to search for it online, which is very rude. For me, I stop in the store every time I am in town. They always have a lot of unique things and quite a variety as well. I can always find the perfect give for someone, and I can of course always find "gifts" for myself. The owners are so nice and I can't imagine anyone saying they are rude. They even did a special order for me for items that were not in stock at the time. Now that is the customized service you get in a small family owned business.

Stopped in a few weeks ago and the owners were aggressive and rude. The woman at the register was on the phone having a loud conversation when we walked in. I saw something I thought my daughter might like so I took out my phone to text her and the man yelled at me, "no phones." I thought he was joking as the woman at the register was on the phone. But then she also began yelling at another customer, "no phones, if you like it, buy it!" So I walked out with the other women who were shopping. Not the way to greet customers or make a sale.

Stopped in today while visiting the lovely town of Kent. The owners were abrasive and rude. I do not recommend this shop unless you like abuse. Owner was on the phone loudly having a conversation until she saw I had my phone out. She stopped her conversation to yell at me, “no phones in the store! I said, you’re joking, right?” Then got yelled at some more about not reading the sign.

Good selection of hiker supplies, very nice people that are a joy to talk to. Fun to even just brows with all of the cool things in the store.

Was recently in Kent and wandered into this little store. It reminded me of the places we stopped in when my parents took us on vacation. The big difference is that this store actually carries quality merchandise. The woman who ran the place was really helpful and lovely. Looking forward to my next trip to Kent...will definitely include the Covered Wagon Country Store on the agenda
