Jennifer does a great job I'm loosing weight and building strength I'm 68 and need lots of help she's patient with an old out of shape guy like me

I am 55 and never really worked out. My goals are to increase my strength , endurance and build muscle. I started working with Jennifer at Kent Fitness a little over a month ago 3-4 times a week.
