Bela jewelry store is just the best jewelers to deal with in the New Milford area and beyond. I’ve had terrible experiences at Robertsons and Morton’s in town. They take forever and don’t seem to understand what it is to be a good salesperson- and they are ridiculously expensive. So happy I found Peter at Bela’s. He could not have been more professional and friendly. He fixed my necklace in a few minutes. No nonsense about sending it out to be repaired to be picked up days later. And the price was right! Even bought earrings that I described I wanted. Peter went in the back and found exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. Don’t go anywhere else before you go to Bela’s!

My boyfriend bought me this absolutely stunning ring for our anniversary. I wanted to wear it on my right hand but it was too small, so we brought it to Bella’s to see if we could get it resized. Not only did he resize it, but he cleaned it and had it sparkling for me. They are extremely knowledgeable, customer service is impeccable and they have a quick turnaround time. I highly recommend!

I found this shop after a bad experience at another jeweler in town. I have since return multiple times to this shop to have some piece fixed and resized and I will no longer go anywhere else. The gentleman that always is there to help me is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and overall makes you feel welcome and take care of. On top of that he does the work on jewelry in the shop himself which I love as I know not many people have the skills to work on jewelry. I 100% recommend that you try out this shop and you will not be disappointed.

Beyond impressed. Phillip is one of the few true masters left in the jewelry industry. The intricacy of the fix i needed I truly believe there are less than 100 people left in the world with his skill. If your looking of a one of a kind peace (even in the rare 22K) Shop here first!

I am at Robinson Jewelry having a ring repaired. The diamond had chipped and Bella Jewelers replaced it. Well the prongs have lifted because it wasn't finished properly. It will need to be reworked. It's not the biggest diamond ring but I should get quality service that I thought paid for. I've been burned twice by this jeweler. Buyer beware.

My boyfriend and I live in NYC and love Kent CT and Litchfield county. We were strolling in Kent enjoying all of the beautiful shops and walked into Bella's last summer of 2017. We started looking at their jewelry and timidly started looking at engagement rings. The owners Peter and Michelle were so amazing even though we told them we were not currently in the market for a ring they let me try on as many rings as I wanted to. They even brought out rings that weren't on display and let me try on rings way out of our price range. I had a great time and they were so accommodating and seemed genuinely friendly. Fast forward a year later my boyfriend decides to get me a piece of jewelry for my birthday and decides to go to Bella's again all the way from NYC. He was really hoping he could possible get an engagement ring. He was treated so well and they made the process effortless for him. He is now my Fiancé and I absolutely love my ring! We went in to have it sized this weekend and they took pictures!

I was here at Bella Jewelers in Kent, Ct. to check on having a small diamond replaced that had fallen out of my antique ring. It was a cherished ring left to me by my mother. Peter was able to replace it with an antique stone and tighten up other stones plus polish the ring. The result was beautiful. A sapphire and diamond ring caught my eye, and it fit perfectly so I bought it. What made this experience so pleasant, were the owners, Michelle and Peter who spent the time to educate me, and provide me with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this jewelry store and plan to shop there again.

Although I am not keen to buy jewelry at this time in my life, I often stop by to enjoy browsing and to have a friendly conversation. Peter has polished and repaired some of my old pieces at very reasonable prices and has done fantastic work. I also have had experience with watch battery replacement and recently ordered a new watch for my husband which arrived in only 3 days and was exactly as promised. Michelle and Peter are awesome and always make me feel like a valued customer.

The staff here are always friendly and are very knowledgeable about the jewelry they sell. The master jeweler is great at what he does. Jewelry is top quality. Also, most charming showroom ever.
