Store managers do nothing for customers who use their can/bottle returns machines. For weeks their machines haven't been working. So Goodbye Walgreens you will continue to lose customers.

Seems they’ve been closed more and more often the past few months. Also having problems with getting medications. The most inconvenient as a mom to four young children and the youngest being medically complex is that the speaker for the drive through has been broken for seriously 2 months. I think I might just switch pharmacies but have been waiting to see if things will change.

Been two days without my ADHD meds which really makes daily living hard when you can’t focus & work in the medical field ? Refill was sent in on the 7th & my bottle is empty. Now I have to decide if I’m going to miss work to fight with the pharmacy for my medically necessary medicine. But I think im just gonna have my prescription sent to a new pharmacy instead.

One of the slowest pharmacies I've ever been to. They have an automated system when you call in we had a prescription say that it will be ready at 6:45 p.m. I show up there at 5:58pm on a saturday and the pharmacy is closed. Waste of time.

Call to see if they have a medicine in stock so I don't drive out of my way. Sit on hold for 15 minutes. Never spoke to a person, just a robot. Like..? There's no way there's so many people there at 12:30 on a Friday that it takes more than 15 minutes to answer the phone?

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews so I wanted to make sure to leave mine. I have been using this pharmacy for over 7 years and have nothing but nice things to say. I have had a few insurance issues in that time and the pharmacist has always spent time calling to fix the issues for me when I couldn’t get through on my own. Today I went in with quite a list of over the counter medications I needed from the doctor. I went to the pharmacy counter with a question and the pharmacist came out to pick the items off the shelves for me. When I checked out, the cashier noticed that I was ill and wished me well and was so nice!

This review is for the store only. Most store employees are unprofessional and rude. Consumers beware their prices hardly ring up correctly. Especially, sale products. You can show the employee the sign confirming the item is on sale and they still give you a difficult time honoring the sale price. It's unfortunate, because I've shopped at other Walgreens locations and have only had issues at this location. The products they carry are nice but the Customer Service experience is AWFUL. I don't recommend this location unless you are lucky to get the 2 employees that actually care about Customer Service and are professional.

This pharmacy had a substance abuser in their employ. They shorted me Suboxone (at least ten out of 42) Alprazolam (3 pills out of 30) and other controlled substances on at least 5 occasions.When I called they told me that they checked the inventory and the tape and that I was wrong, but also admitted that once the bags were stapled they were no longer under video surveillance. It wasn't until I started counting the pills at the counter that the behavior stopped, at which point I transferred all my prescriptions to CVS in Norwich and have NEVER had a problem with them. I had a prescription called in for a non controlled because a family member still uses them and had prescriptions waiting for pickup there and they had the nerve to tell me they would no longer fill my prescriptions because I called them out.I hope disciplinary action was taken by corporate and that's why they're so bitter.0 Stars: Too bad, when it was a Rite-Aid it was the best, smoothest experience.
