“I can't say enough good things about Travis and his team. I had some issues with my 6.7 Cummins, First off let me say they answered the phone. He took the time almost 30 minutes out of his day to discuss the issues I had. Not once was there any pressure to use him for the repair. He just provided me with information and some recommendations. I had a deadline that I needed the truck back by and he said that he thought he would be able to fit me in. Well not only did he fit me in he finished early. Did an awesome job, fixed all issues and was more than reasonable with the cost. I think I just found my new go to repair shop. I highly recommend. Someone once told me a shop is where vehicles get repaired and a garage is where vehicles are parked. Well this is a shop that you will not be disappointed with.”

“I have had several body repair jobs done at Victors over a couple of decades. Every time, the experience in dealing with them throughout has been unusually great. Tyler is very experienced and honest. Kyle (in "Mechanical Repair" ... for things unrelated to Body Shop work, like engines, brakes, etc.) was also extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I have come to trust them very much, and they do very high quality work.
I recommend this AAA approved shop to anyone. If you are being towed after an accident, you have the right to tell the tow-truck operator to take you to your choice of shop. I am really glad I asked to go here, and I would make the same choice again.”
“Kind and prompt service. We dropped the car off at 10 pm on a Friday, our daughter had a minor accident and they were the closest location so we did not have to tow the car. “They always go above and beyond for all of our car needs. They take the time to explain to me what needs to be done and always manage to make time. Recently had some sort of computer malfunction which lit up every warning light on the dash. I was able to drive right in and they diagnosed it and fixed it within 15 min. “Excellent, honest service. Brought my 1999 Grand Am in with issues stalling while starting. The issue wasnt repaired, per se, but it was resolved. It was driven home and back and the mechanic didn't have the issues I was having. He was honest, said he didn't have any issues and rather than charging me to diagnose it, told me to try out 93 octane fuel. Hasn't stalled out since I tried premium fuel. My car isn't worth the cost of repairs, and I thank Bob's Auto Service for their knowledge and honesty.”
“I will be giving all of my auto repair and services to Bills Auto. I can’t say enough about their customer service. I called and explained the issue my Ram truck was having, they let me know of all the options for repair and possible manufacturer coverage.
After getting the truck fixed through warranty, my truck still needed brakes and fluids. The dealership cost was ridiculous! I brought my truck to Bill’s and they made sure that those services were required.
At no point did Bill’s Auto try to upsell any of the unnecessary services that the dealership tried to. Needless to say I paid a quarter of the price for the required stuff.”
