The owner was knowledgeable, and very prompt in coming out to evaluate the needs of our situation. I expected to wait several weeks for a new door, but the model I chose was in stock allowing for a quick turnaround. I needed a new door opener as well, and suggested a nice one that meets my needs. Installation was done within a couple of hours, and very please with the entire experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who is straight forward, honest, and does a professional job. Very happy that I'm able to park in my garage again.

Carl's a nice guy and he does good work, but do know that it costs $610 to replace two springs on one 16x8 garage door.

The job was to replace 2 9' garage doors and reattach the door openers. The job began as scheduled. After the 2 workmen started installing the panels, I noticed they had the wrong doors. They called and arranged to have the correct doors delivered a few hours later. Once the installation was finished, I walked in the garage and found that the new door tracks hung down lower than the previous ones and they blocked the storage cabinets that were on the garage walls. I told the workers that they could have told me so I could have at least taken the doors off so they could be emptied out later and moved. They responded that they hadn't noticed the problem, (so it became my problem). After they left one of the door closers was not working. I tested it out, checked all the wiring and called the owner, who came out the next day. I also mentioned to him that he chains on the doors were very loose, to which he responded "they were like that before". I left the door open for him to get in since I couldn't be home at the time he came. When I got home I knew he had been back since the chains were adjusted, but the door closer failed to work. I called and talked to him again and he said it worked when I was there and "I don't know what to tell you" and "it could be the capacitor, it sometimes happens". I asked him to give it another try, he said he would, and I never heard from him again. In the meantime, I switched the capacitors in the doors,to confirm that was the problem, then ordered a new one for $17.50 online, and fixed it myself the next day. Things go wrong sometimes, but it's the response that makes the difference.

I can’t say enough about Carl and this company. He came right over and gave me a quote... made suggestions ... didn’t try to up sell me on things I didn’t need. (Other companies I called didn’t even bother to call me back.) The install went seamlessly and the installer left my garage absolutely perfect ... better than it was before
