I had the best experience today at Valvoline in Hebron, Connecticut John, the manager, and Marq a technician I went in for a quick oil change and John the manager wanted to check under my dash in my Toyota Highlander filter. I have been noticing for a while now that there was a couple of sunflower seeds here and there and some dog food here and they’re coming out from under my dash now I did not mention anything to them. John took it upon himself to check the filter, and when he did much to my surprise, there was not seen amount of dog food and sunflower seeds that I’m guessing the mice put in there from my garage. I’ve been going here to have my oil changed for years and no one has ever checked that filter in my car is a 2013 Highlander and I cannot think John enough for taking the time to check that and clean it and replace the filter. I highly recommend any oil change wiper blade replacement filter replacements by Valvoline quick oil change in Hebron Connecticut. I can’t thank you guys enough you made my day.

SUPER Welcoming, Very Efficient. First time at this Hebron location. Lucky for me, the large “Valvoline” banner (smart!) on Wall St. caught my eye from Main Street- my route to work. Team is incredibly welcoming, very efficient, and collaborate well together. Team rapport is VERY positive- like they truly like working there together- this is a standout feature. Team leader/main customer contact person, Brian, is EXCEPTIONAL! Entire team is great- each interaction with me (Brian, Paul, Marq) was top notch- whatever the owner is doing to hire / motivate / set tone for this team is WORKING! Would LOVE to see this level of team rapport / collaboration AND efficiency in ALL other service oriented businesses. WELL DONE team! SERVICES TODAY: Oil change AND Emissions. Completed HIGHLY efficiently, in LESS than 15 minutes each, without ANYONE seeming to be in that awkward, intense MAD DASH vibe some express places do. Rock n Roll, Team! Will be back, and thrilled to see that tire rotation is now a service offered.

Usually don’t say much but I spend money with them 80.00 a car and I do tip them. Today I was disgusted. I was in one line asked to move for the emissions testing. I was ok with that. Then waited a hour and told they were taking someone else in the emissions bay for a oil change. First come first he said. Yes I did mind. I have gotten oil changes before but this place takes the cake very bad customer service. At that point I’m watching them for an hour. There were two employees mulling around and not doing there checks for oil and lights etc not hearing anything called out. I wouldn’t trust them to check the oil let alone change it at this point.

I went here yesterday for an oil change..they charged me $115 for a basic oil change. Brian and the manager John helped me.. I told them that I was going to give them a really low rating on google because of the cost. They both laughed and then wanted to make sure that I didn’t say anything bad about their service. They did seem like nice guys but John called me ma’am (I’m not even 40 and he made me feel like I’m a senior citizen ?) Next time I would at least like a senior citizen discount ??♀️

My husband took his car over to Hebron and was given an oil change for $26.58 with his coupon. When he immediately took my car over it was $104.00 with no coupon. They open the hood and took off oil change sticker before deciding it needed synthetic oil. It has never had synthetic oil in it. When my husband called and I told him to bring it home they put everything back together. Do not go there because they like to start the operation before noticing the more expensive treatment is needed.

Slowest quick oil change place I have ever been to, 1 car infront of me and waited over 50 minutes. I would recommend driving further to get an oil change, would still be quicker.Service: Oil change
