I drop off many many packages daily to the Hebron Post office. There is an employee Darlene that is amazing. She is very knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely pleasant.

No stars. Our mail person does not deliver packages for no reason. She makes us drive to the post office for every package. Nothing we can do either. Awful

I would leave zero stars if possible. UPS left an envelope in my mailbox. The postal driver took it back to the post office. She said I could pick it up after 3 pm. I called the post office to let them know I would be in at 3 pm. When I arrived at 3 pm I was told they had already sent it back to UPS. I advised they are hurting their customers by doing this type of activity and they should have taken the issue up with UPS rather than taken my envelope. The postal workers shrugged and said oh well. UPS informed me the postal worker was gossiping about me and showed no concern about the urgency of the envelope.

I'm sorry, but I have to agree with my fellow posters on this one. The service I have received from the Hebron USPS has ranged from bad to terrible. I still receive other peoples' mail after years of living at the same place. I've complained about it several times. Nothing changes. I've had packages left outside in the elements when there is a covered porch area in the front of the building they can easily access. I've complained about it. Nothing changes. During the holidays I went and stood in line to ship out some packages, and I would say it was taking about 8 minutes to help each customer on average. They just don't seem to care about anything. It's very disappointing.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. They are so rude and lazy it amazes me how. Not delivering packages just having them on hold there for weeks. The one dude that works there is so slow and useless.

I understand that the USPS is struggling financially and I understand that the holidays are a challenge for them, but that's not an excuse for lacking basic customer service. My tracked package was "Out For Delivery By 8:00 PM" yesterday. At 9:00 PM last night the status changed to "Ready For Pickup" at the Hebron Post Office. After 9:00 AM this morning the status was the same, so I drove to the post office. I walked in and was the only customer in the building. A USPS employee was standing at the counter putting stickers on something. I stood at the counter for a minute or two but he never acknowledged I was there - no hello or even eye contact. Then he looked up, said "I'll be right back", and walked away. When he finally returned I asked about my package. He looked for it, came back and said, "It might be in the truck. If it is, he'll deliver it today. We don't have time to look for it in the truck." I showed him the USPS website "Ready For Pickup" status and he said "Sometimes the scans don't mean what they say." I still don't have my package and got the distinct impression I was bothering him by walking in to pick it up like the USPS website told me to. So, another 1 star review. A "hello" and a "sorry about that" would've gone a long way.

This post office is a nightmare. One very slow person working the counter, 10 people waiting in line on the busiest shipping day of the year. The worst part is that they overcharge for packages. I have one box weighing three pounds to Utah - and I was told it would cost 47.00 dollars to ship! I took the same box to a post office in another town and told it would cost 26.00 dollars. I then took the box to UPS just to see the difference and their price was 28.50 (all same shipping time) - This is not the first time I was overcharged for shipping in Hebron! I will never go to this post office again.

Went in there to send a package. Handed the clerk the address. Clerk told me i need to put address on package. I said wont the address be on the shipping label you put on. Oh no no. I had to stand there and put address on package. Went back another day different clerk sent out a package with address on it and noticed when clerk put on shipping label it had the address on it. F*** You Hebron USPS

So apparently USPS here feels its not necessary to deliver your packages if they don't feel like it that day. We dont even have a long driveway.

Showed up at 1245, and was told they were closed for lunch. Their hours say they close at 1.

Package sitting at the Hebron post office for 5 days. Called 7 times throughout the day no answer. Went down there and the employee checked in the back for 1 minute after not asking for any information as if it’s going to jump out at him. Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully I can get a different employee.
