Visited home while on leave as Active Duty. My mom just moved to the area and I always like to go to whichever local gym I can. I called 3 different times throughout the morning and left a message on the third time. I did not get a response. Their manned hours state 11-4, so we tried to go there at 2. All the doors were locked and no workers were present. When we called, we got a hold of someone named Jeff. He told us the hours they had listed were wrong, we weren’t able to come in, and was overall not very helpful. Ended up going to the edge nearby and had a good lift with helpful and friendly staff. Overall, save your time and go somewhere else.

Nice staff. Small gym. Good variety of equipment. Tough during COVID. Constant improvements before and during COVID though. Fair college student pricing.

This gym is open all day every day for members. Staff are available from 11:00 am to 4:00pm. They have lots of free weights, new elliptical machines and treadmills. This place is very clean too. I've belonged to several gyms but I love this one because I can exercise whenever I want!

Perfect size. Rarely a wait for a machine. Always open a big plus.

Equipment is nice, however, management continues to raise prices to discriminate against university students. Being a consistent member for 4+ years, I have experienced incremental increases in membership fees without seeing my money being invested back in to the customer experience. Tri-County's informed me the price of their three-week, winter had increased over 50% year over year to $50. The increase equates to a monthly rate of $73. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

Very disappointing experience with Tri-County. My bank reissued my credit card requiring me to update my account with them. The 2 times I stopped to pay their computers were down. Today I payed a balance of $444 for being locked out for about 6 months. In my opinion If you are going to choose a gym find one that puts the customer first and isn't dependent on monthly payments for services they cant or wont provide.

The gym is almost always unstaffed which may not seem like an issue until you change credit card numbers and cant get a new one put on file. Months go by then they threaten to send your bill to a collection agency. A simple phone call would suffice. I suggest finding a gym that has the staff and desire to please their customers. Two big thumbs down from me.

Awesome staff and very clean though limited assortment of equipment. For the most part it is used as a hang out for obnoxious high school kids, which gets super annoying. They need to alter their policies and have a chaperone on duty more often. Not really worth the high membership fee's.

I love that this gym has supervised and unsupervised hours. During unsupervised hours members can use a key tag swipe to enter the gym at just about any time they want to work out. My schedule is crazy and I never know when I'm going to get to the gym, so this flexibility is great! Good selection of equipment and very clean interior.
