We contracted Picture Perfect for a second time because they were so great to work with the first time when we moved into our new house 9 years ago and needed full landscaping design help. At that time, Ron met with us and made several suggestions on the design, then we met at the nursery to review plantings. Everything went so well, we knew immediately that when we needed to create privacy from a new development behind our property, we would work with them again. Kim was great with so many ideas and questions, tailoring the design to suit our tastes and desire for something that was beautiful and gave us a natural "screen" from new homes around us. She was in constant communication sending me photos of possible trees, pricing, suggestions and overall just EVERYTHING to make sure we got what we wanted. Ron came and did a full walk through with us to review the plan, make suggestions, tweak some details and really was wonderful! The entire team at Picture Perfect is amazing to work with , professional, so pleasant and really care about getting the job done right, and to the client's expectations. I heartily recommend Picture Perfect from start to finish. You will be so glad to have their expertise from project inception to full installation. They are OUTSTANDING!!!

Ron and Kim provide excellent service. They told me it would be a wait and their wait estimate was spot on. In the interim, we worked on design with Ron showing me pictures and bringing samples of the materials to confirm everything in advance of the installation. They asked questions as they installed, were neat and brought their own portapotty! No COvId worries and ultra polite the whole time. End result was exactly what I wanted, what we had jointly designed, and installed with great care for endurance and care about water/flooding. Not cheap - but done very very well....so I feel the quality makes the price a good value. Thanks to the whole crew for excellent job, confirming along the way to make sure no redo was necessary.

My wife and I have had Christmas Decor design and install lights the last two years, and we couldn’t be happier with the Christmas lights. We get a lot of compliments from the neighbors. We recently worked with Picture Perfect to completely rehab our entire yard; a complete start-over from design, inland-wetland applications, old tree/plant removal, to the install of paver patios, walkways and a fire pit. It took four weeks+ once the project began. The team was respectful, showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves. We are thrilled with the results, and we highly recommend both the landscaping and lighting services.

Kim is the personification of good customer service. She is responsive, caring, and willing to go the extra mile. She added some new plantings to our home and then took care of keeping them carefully pruned. Very little effort on my part!I recommend her without reservation. She is truly a gem.

I recently had the beds in front of my house updated by Picture Perfect Landscape and I could not be happier. Kim is so knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to understand what I was looking for with regard to my aesthetic and ability to maintain the beds. Most importantly she was very sensitive to my budget and created a beautiful design that was within my means. The staff was professional and left my property living up to their name, picture perfect. I plan to continue to work with Kim on other projects around my house. Finally, I need to say that Perfect Landscaping does not complete the job and move on. Kim is there to answer my questions, and even agreed to look after my new plantings while I am away on vacation. That is going above and beyond, and the reason why I will be a loyal client. I highly recommend this company.

Kim and the team are efficient, professional and simply amazing. They squeezed us in to fit our time schedule and provided excellent designs for our front of home landscaping - which we are loving! Kim is attentive and works with the customer to make sure she understands the vision and has great suggestions and excellent taste. The timeliness of the team also impressed us. Picture Perfect Landscaping did a great job! Very quickly responded to my initial call - the same day which was amazing since the other landscaping companies I called didn’t call back till the week after. Also corresponded mostly thru texts which made things super easy. Worked with my budget limitations. And once the weather cleared out they were quick to get the job done.

I had an island area redone by Picture Perfect landscaping. Kim and the crew did a fantastic job from design to installation. I am extremely happy with the end result. Will be using them again for some lawn work in late summer. Would highly recommend them.

Had extensive landscaping done by Picture Perfect Landscaping. Amazing work, and a pleasure to do business with. Provided a computer design, a detailed budget and worked with us ever step of the way. Their crew who installed the plants were meticulous! The installation was done ahead of schedule. They provided detailed instructions for ongoing care. I know I will ne contacting them for furure projects!

Ron and his crew built my wife and I a beautiful paver patio for our backyard. Ron was extremely helpful every step of the way. He listened to our vision and helped guide us in the right direction to make the most functional patio possible. I believe we went through three different design plans, a cold morning trip to look at pavers, and each time he listened to our thoughts and helped guide us. Construction itself went smoothly and was performed the way that he told us things would be done. Ron was at our house everyday to help make sure things stayed on track, and the rest of his crew were friendly and knowledgeable. At the end of the day we could t be happier with the decision that we made, and would recommend Picture Perfect to anyone else looking to do a patio project.
