“They have been very understanding every time I come in to get my dog, Sabrina's medication. It is funny to have a new pharmacy tech when they ask for an ID for my dog until I let them know she's a dog. The seasoned pharmacist enjoys the interaction as much as I do. We just smile at each other and he reminds him it says canine.”

“The pharmacy staff, at this location, are friendly and expedient. If they don't have something in stock they give a polite explanation (not an excuse!) and problem solve while waiting for said product to come in. In my specific case, they found that the CVS down the street (632 Middle Turnpike, Storrs, CT 06268) had the needed medication. The staff made ALL arrangements for me to retrieve said medication there. Now that's Team Work!! ♥️ Many thanks to this pharmacy team and the pharmacy team at Middle Turnpike, Storrs locations. “Nice and friendly store. I come here all the time. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy has been very helpful. When filling out my daughter's prescription they were very accommodating going over with me the different flavors available as she will not take the bubblegum flavor medicine. I've been to the minute clinic here once and although everything was ok I will not come anymore unless I'm a pinch because it is out of my network and it gets expensive with each visit.”

“We used this pharmacy a few times to get compounded meds but only recently switched (from CVS) full time after they hunted down something no other store could find.Just got off the phone with them: they took the time to answer all my questions and figure out the best option for my medication, looking up different brands and placing a special order.They have been super helpful and knowledgeable. It’s not like they’re overly cheerful but at the end, the interaction makes you feel more like you’re a person because they seem to care and I am really glad we are giving them our business.”
