“They have been very understanding every time I come in to get my dog, Sabrina's medication. It is funny to have a new pharmacy tech when they ask for an ID for my dog until I let them know she's a dog. The seasoned pharmacist enjoys the interaction as much as I do. We just smile at each other and he reminds him it says canine.”
“My local pharmacy. Good group of workers Techs and Pharmacists. Fast, answer questions thoroughly. Friendly good service. Never had a problem with any Persciption in the 10 years I have been getting them here. Be aware of their lunch break when the pharmacy, including drive-through, closes 1:30-2:00 pm”

“The pharmacy staff, at this location, are friendly and expedient. If they don't have something in stock they give a polite explanation (not an excuse!) and problem solve while waiting for said product to come in. In my specific case, they found that the CVS down the street (632 Middle Turnpike, Storrs, CT 06268) had the needed medication. The staff made ALL arrangements for me to retrieve said medication there. Now that's Team Work!! ♥️ Many thanks to this pharmacy team and the pharmacy team at Middle Turnpike, Storrs locations. “The nurse that works at the minute clinic at this CVS is absolutely amazing! Her name is Melanie Paradis, on this visit and on past visits she has uncovered some serious health issues with both myself and my children by sensing something was off and encouraging us to seek further care. I now always go here to get checked out and see if we need further care. This is a godsend to my family especially these days when it’s so difficult to get a sick visit with our PCP. Thank you Melanie, you deserve recognition and a raise.”
