ATM ate my entire paycheck as a deposit and they’re telling me I have to wait ten business days for money they stole from me in cash. Was told the same thing, to call a useless number and talk to someone I couldn’t even understand to be told they have up to 40 days to give me the money I had already given them. If you bank here I would seriously suggest moving elsewhere.

Terrible ATM, it has eaten my cash 4 times now. If you’re a key bank member don’t bother with this branch.

Today, this bank's outdoor ATM ate my deposit for the...fifth time. Weirdly, it did not also eat my card and actually seemed like it might...end up helping me get my money back (it gave me an error message receipt!).So, I go inside this branch for the *first and last time.* Holy heck, these guys are awful. Seriously, avoid them like the plague.Today when I made a deposit, the ATM actually gave me a receipt documenting the error (it even asked me how much I attempted to deposit/what the ATM LITERALLY STOLE FROM ME). First thing it said ON THE RECEIPT was to go into the branch so, I did. Turns out, they're incompetent/couldn't help me. Gloria, I hate your guts.I waited...30 minutes in a line of 3 people just to be told that...I need to place a call to get help. This explains why they only have like five google reviews/a rating of...well, it'll be lower after my review. Mine's also the best.Folks/Key-bank, I ask this: what is, pray tell, the point of a bank-branch if they cannot help with something that happened because they literally don't care that their on-site ATM...is broken? Or in short: what is the point of a bank-branch that cannot do something *A RECEIPT FROM THEIR ATM SAYS THEY CAN DO?* Answer is easy, there is no point and I'm closing my accounts A.S.A.P.TL;DR--horrible customer service and Gloria is the absolute worst. Let's talk about Gloria...she had the audacity to circle the number to call on the receipt (probably why I remember your name because...you did something really insulting): 1800-KEY2U. Ha,ha,ha. Gloria, you are...not good at your job. Fun fact: that's *not even the correct number for the issue I was facing*, Gloria. I hope you get fired/demoted/an ATM eats your entire life-savings. Seriously.

If I could give a negative star I would. I walked in today with only ONE other customer in the place. I was told I couldn’t be helped because there are only TWO people on staff able to create a new account that I needed to come back. However there was only ONE other customer beside myself in there. I was told that I had to hold onto I’ll check when it’s over $8000 until next week if I wanted to create an account. Horrible bank. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Do not recommend!!!!!!!

A few years ago I was going through a rough patch in my life and I was at the end of my rope, nothing was going right for me and my car ran out of gas during the morning and I pulled into the Keybank in hebron with a dead car feeling mentally drained. One of the bankers that was going in saw how drained I was and how much my life was torn up just by how mentally worn I was. The banker was a guy in a BMW and he had glasses I wish I caught his name because he gave me $20 and told me not to worry about it. I dont use this bank as my primary banking but if I were to choose a bank this would be the one to go to.

I had a very pleasant experience with everyone I dealt with at Key Bank in Hebron even though I wasn't really an official member of their bank. I have been busy lately but they impressed me so much that I plan on returning to open an account there and transfer the money remaining in my unemployment account to make it easier to access. Thanks to Deborah and Gloria whom I mainly dealt with and a teller who I mistakenly misremembered as Janesy (sorry?). Nice people.Tom

The managers need to take a class on how to treat their customers. I would never recommend this branch to anyone.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The (women) staff in this location have by far the worst attitudes of any customer service employees I have ever encountered. This particular branch is filled with useless staff doing nothing to encourage or help the customers. I suggest going down the street to the other location. So much more helpful!
