“Awesome people, after being turned away at the Norwich location while trying to get my car FOB/ programmed and key cut, I took a chance and went over to the Hope location in Colchester, although the staff could not help me on the first visit they gave me information to contact Josh who would be in the following day to schedule a visit. Josh squeezed me in during my lunch break and got the job done with the assistance of his apprentice. $25 bucks and I now have a working key/FOB instead of the $400 the dealership would have charged. Kudos to the staff of young people who were all very professional.”

He helped me with everything I needed and was very knowledgeable about all things related to paint. He even told me which types of paints smelled better — who knew! I remembered to write this review because I just smelled a wall from the paint he recommended. Whoever raised that kid did a damn good job.”

“I stopped in today, while inside the skies unleashed, it was crazy! Unfortunately, I bought some bags of concrete and I had to drive around to have them loaded. The poor young man was a drowned rat but as pleasant and helpful as could be! He even apologized for the rain! Love hometown local stores! From the manager on down these folks are the best!!”
“The Store is very clean. The employees were very pleasant. I got the help I needed to take care of my pond. Thanks to Tractor Supply. There is plenty of parking. Customer service can be done at the cash register. There was no one in customer service and the wonderful lady up front helped us and got us a discount on hay.”

“I recently decided to purchase a Stihl backpack blower to take care of leaves and pine cones in two locations. I couldn't find the item locally and after searching found that Hebron Ace Hardware did offer it, however, there were none in stock. I talked to the store manager (Ryan) and explained what I was looking for and needed it before going to an out-of-state location at the end-of-the week. He said there were a few blowers on their way and should have them within a couple of days. The items kept being held up in shipping to the store, Ryan continued to reach out to the manufacturer with daily updates.The item finally came in the day before I was set to leave. I rushed out to the store before they closed, and Ryan had it all put together for me. He also gave me a lesson on how to use it since it was my first backpack blower.I was very satisfied with the personalized customer service and attention Ryan provided, and would highly recommend Hebron Ace Hardware.”
