We are very happy with our wood burning insert that was installed by Fireside. After the first season, we had an issue with fully engaging the bypass for the catalyst, and one of Fireside's techs came out, diagnosed the issue, showed me how to replace the part, and ordered a new part under warranty. Great to see a local business that stands behind their work and the products they sell.

Jamie helped me with parts for my pellet stove insert. Very nice people to deal with. Ten years ago I bought two Harman inserts and had them installed by them. Great job done by them. ?

Purchased a pellot stove from them in the past. They misrepresented how well the stove would perform and then refused to take back the stove. Denied saying what they told me. Went from being friendly to not willing to help. I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future.

Very, very pleased with the work your rep did for us. He did a great job to remove the creosote buildup in our chimney, and boy, oh boy, there was a lot! He was very diligent and prodessional. Thank you to him! Good, good job!

Would not recommend Fireside Supply. Terrible customer service and communication, not helpful, inconsistent. They do not treat customers well and will string you along to get more money out of you.

DO NOT recommend fireside supply. Bought a stove three years ago and have had nothing but problems and been very un happy with the customer service and owner. There was an excuse for everything and they do not stand behind there products or customers.

I've used this company for the last few years to do cleaning on my pellet stove with no problems. This year they came to clean it and the technician left without turning it on to test it. A few days later I turned it on but it would not work. I called back to ask if they could send someone to check out the problem but was told that they don't service that brand (they serviced it for us two years ago). Lost a customer for good.

Called for a pellet grill that they had in stock. I was headed out the door to go get it and realized my credit card info was stolen. Called them back to let them know I'd be a few days. They said they would hold it for me. Called then back less than a week later, they said they still had it. I start making my way there. 20 minutes in I get called back with good news (yes that's what they said). The good news was that they sold that grill I was on my way for but the have the more expensive one I purposely didn't want still there. Couldn't have been more cold about the entire thing.Considering no one has these in stock in the area I'll be buying the expensive model...from literally anyone else.New to the area and they already lost a customer without walking in the door.
