The worst CVS I’ve ever been to!!!! Cashiers in the front hide soon as you come in the store. You have to use the self check out thats always messing up and they get an attitude when they have to help! I feel so bad for the elderly people who are still trying to figure it out and struggle with it. The pharmacy cashiers/pharmacist are rude and won’t ring your stuff up when picking up your prescriptions. They make you go up to the front cashiers to once again stand in line and deal with more rude cashiers. This CVS needs an education on customer service asap!! Will be switching pharmacies asap!

Terrible. They are often curt and snippy for starters.But here's my beef: Due to a miscommunication they had with my physician's office, they filled a prescription I didn't need. I caught the error while standing at their counter, having just paid. When I brought it to their attention, the pharmacist abruptly told me they were closing for lunch. He told me I'd have to bring the errant prescription back when they reopened in a half hour. When I did so, they refused to take it back or refund my money!!I made it clear that I didn't care what they did with the unwanted pills, and I wasn't going anywhere till I got my refund. Eventually they grudgingly relented and gave me the refund. This is the kind of thing you might expect to see in a movie, but wouldn't think could happen in real life.Notice, if you will, this CVS has a large number of negative reviews. And do yourself a favor...find a different pharmacy!

CVS in Hebron never has items in stock, including prescription drugs. Their pharmacy takes too long to fill prescriptions. I went in to pick up my medication that was ordered 4 days ago, and they told me they didn’t have the medication in stock and didn’t know when they would get it, and they told me they were still filling prescription orders from 6 days ago! I try to avoid filling any of my prescriptions at CVS Pharmacy and have been going to Big Y Pharmacy instead, but in this case my dr.’s office mistakenly sent my prescription order to CVS.

Apparently the pharmacy doesn’t pick up their phones anymore. I was told by front of store that I’d have better luck if I stopped in. Really?? The pharmacy has always been terrible and rude when you actually can get a hold of them… which is rare.

Your phone tree experience is an extreme waste of time if you have an issue that's uncommon—like an unfilled prescription that was not disclosed on pickup. I'm sorry you have transferred the work to your customers—we don't like it.

Typical retailer operating on lowest staffing possible. Drive through pharmacy is always an extremely long wait. Poor guy/woman working window is constantly filling scripts as every single time it’s “will be with you in a minute” which turns into a severely prolonged wait. Unfortunately, nothing will change because this is a curse of all retailers in 2023. I do find Hebron CVS pharmacy much slower than everywhere else.

Pharmacy has always been great. Front end employees are horrible. Never want to ring anyone out and walk away as soon as they see people coming up. Don't know how to ring up coupons so refuse to. Self check out NEVER works and you can never get help when it says " help is on the way" which is every single time anyone ever uses it. They need a complete overhaul of employees.

I do like this CVS - I have had no problems with the pharmacy. My issue is with the self check out and the sales items. I have stopped using the self check out as it always has problems and the clerk ends up doing it anyway. The great coupons you get are often for items not on the shelf or out of stock, or for large volumes that you can’t use. They had a promotion for a free gift each day for a weeK. No matter how early I went, they were already out of the item with no substitute. I believe these issues aren’t particular to this CVS, but to CVS in general. Still would recommend this store!

This pharmacy location in Hebron, CT couldn’t find the prescriptions under the last name until the FOURTH visit to pick them up. I cannot believe this is how a pharmacy operates. I do not recommend filling prescriptions at CVS in Hebron, CT.

On Tuesday they had one check out person, and two self check out registers. if you got in line for the clerk then you had to wait while he helped at the self checkout. At the self checkout you had to wait for the one clerk to fix it. Tonight there was NO ONE up front. Had to go to the pharmacy for help.Asked for the manager, and after 5 minutes I left.When my wife went in it cancelled her transaction. The clerk "helped" her with his card. She DID not get her discounts. I am so tired of their yard long receipts. Why not just price the items fairly?

Photo is horrible, pharmacy is great . The clerk Vicky is friendly and helpful but others do not want to help you and things on sale are all mixed up.
