Waited in the drive through behind another customer and also there was another behind me ( A person disabled and very ill) it was 5:45 when we arrived. The minute it turned 6:00pm and as it was our turn to get our medication the metal security screen came down. I pushed the call button the lady behind apologized and said the Pharmacy was closed. I asked if I could at least come into the pharmacy to get my wife meds, she said ok if I hurry, as she knew we were waiting long. As I started to drive the man in the pharmacy ( the one with a large birth mark on his face said "No the pharmacy is closed" Think about it I'm waiting for them to serve the person in front of me for 15 minutes ( They were super slow) then it's my turn with no warning they closed it down. The person behind me was even more upset as her husband had a severe infection and now was unable to get her medicine because the Dude in charge has literally no compassion or empathy. Just a drone. I guess he's competing with artificial Intelligence. Just a machine with no consideration to how long we waited, how dire our needs were/are and the time on his watch meant more to him than Human Life. He is a complete Jerk! I feel for those who have to work by his side. I hope someday he finds himself in a jam and I'm driving by and he needs my help. Karma Baby Karma. I hope CVS Headquarters reads this and does something about hiring dipsticks like this. Maybe college smart but heartless will destroy their business. Please teach them to Care!

Pharmacy doesn't open till 8am...really? Yup\\nPharmacy closes at 9pm seems reasonable\\n\\nExcept they are woefully understaffed in the pharmacy, and get this they close for a half hour lunch WTheck yeah who ever heard of rotating lunches can't do that. It's nuts.\\nAnd for all this they charge you one of the highest prices of any chain never mind comparing them to smaller shops. Didn't realize how bad it was till we shopped our scripts on Good Rx now we don't do anything costly there we shop it around. Sure it's convenient but for any idea we saved 400$ per refill on my monthly scripts alone.\\nSorry can't recommend unless you have no other choice or it's totally covered by your insurance and you have time to wait.

The automated phone service hung up on me three times while I waited to speak to the pharmacy.

Waited in line for 10 minutes in the pharmacy line just to have the gate closed on me at exactly 1:30 and be told that the pharmacy was closed until 2:00 because people they were out to lunch. I’m not so much mad that they went to lunch I’m frustrated that I waited 10 minutes, drove out of my way to come get the prescription leaving early for work, got in line at 1:20 and waited for the one car in front of me to be done just to have the gate dropped on me with no human interaction no sorry we’re out to lunch, just and automated message. I’ve had too many problems picking up prescriptions recently.

Prices are so high. I bought a pack of pens for $6 when it was originally posted in the 78 cents section. Really wish they would make it easier to know prices (and accurate). Additionally, one lady who worked there asked me, \"do you have a problem?\" and kind of looked on after I told her no. The biggest loss, however, was Hebron Pharmacy. Why take away our hometown pharmacy for a commercialized CVS? I know that was years ago, but a piece of our town and sponsorship was taken. That being said, still convenient in many ways, just overly pricey and no longer with that hometown feel.

The service at this CVS is just awful. I'd rate it zero stars if I could. The pharmacy is staffed by miserable, rude people who seem to hate their jobs and customers. Store management is indifferent and takes no responsibility. Absolutely the lowest. I moved my prescriptions to Amazon which has excellent customer service and lower prices. Avoid this place at all costs!

I was surprised when I went into this cvs recently. First of all, the kiosk that held sanitizing wipes was empty and still wasn't refilled when I left. The tables that were put in front of the cashiers was okay. However, it was difficult to hand items to the cashiers and there no wipes next to the credit card machines. At least put a bottle of hand sanitizer on the table. When people go out to stores like cvs, they want to see that recommended procedures are folled.

I recently switched from the Colchester and Glastonbury CVS stores to the one in Hebron. I continue to be very happy with the service I receive from CVS. They handle my prescriptions well, answer my questions, and tell me up front if something new will not mesh with medication I'm already taking. I have never had to go to another pharmacy. I highly recommend Hebron CVS.

When I need something from CVS I usually have a mediocre experience, frequently culminating in leaving empty handed and driving to Rite Aide in Colchester. Yesterday my wife went in for some toiletries only to be informed the cash register she went to was not available but when the manager came back they would open the other register. After waiting for a while for someone to take her money, she gave up and we went elsewhere.
