I have to give his a star just to put this out here . My wallet has been stolen and someone keeps using my card this company not only has given me trouble to shut my card off but someone keeps using it and I honestly can’t trust if they did shut it off or not. I do hope I get this resolved if anyone can help I’d be much appreciated

Ever since Savings Institute became Berkshire Bank the customer service is almost non-existent. I really loved Savings Institute and have nothing good to say about Berkshire Bank.
