I get breakfast here daily as I am right down the road in Harwinton, and the staff are friendly, punctual, quick and accurate. Shout out to Theresa for being the best smiling face first thing in the morning. The people who work here are lovely! We just went in for coffee and donuts, and the women who were working were some of the friendliest Dunkin' employees I've ever encountered. Thanks for brightening our day!

Donuts and coffee were good. They gave me the wrong donuts though. Staff seemed very overwhelmed.

So not just this Dunkin but all of them are a bit overpriced for what they offer. Here's an example: If you order a large ice tea you can expect to pay just over $3 and about $4.50-$5 for a large iced coffee.To me that's excessive. Most other places that sell coffee that aren't Dunkin or Starbucks sell ice tea for $1 or coffee for less than $2.As a diabetic there's not much I can get for food there that won't put me in a coma but when I used to eat there, the food wasn't so good maybe the bagels and some donuts. BTW Their hash browns are trash, not crazy about the seasoning.This is not a knock at any of the staff.

Why do I keep trying this location when it is always a miss? Today at drive thru order was repeated back wrong but correct on screen. At window the young man asked for three times what an extra large coffee (what I ordered) would cost. Told him that was wrong. He asked me what I ordered. I told him he had a screen. He then replied, "I can't tell what you ordered." I drove off and as I did I saw the car in front of me at the window circle back to the parking lot and someone hopped out and ran into the stofe with their bag...I assume another messed up order.

Always clean and service is very fast even if there's a big line at the drive-thruVegetarian options: Mostly vegetarian menu (but not very vegan friendly), the only menu items with meat are bacon/sausage/turkey sandwichesKid-friendliness: Plenty of sweet and kid sized baked goods, and some non-caffeinated fun beverage optionsParking: Can park anywhere in the small plaza, which is about 30-40 spacesWheelchair accessibility: There are a number of parking spaces designated for wheelchair users or people with other disabilities, and a ramp if needed

The service was absolutely amazing. I was able to talk to the workers about all different flavors and what go add to make the coffees taste different. I showed them how to make a snickerdoodle coffee with a couple different flavors. Such an outstanding place!

Harwinton Dunkin was an excellent choice for breakfast. Staff was friendly and capable and fast too. Food was excellent and coffee is the best.

I stopped here for a quick caffeine pick me up, and was in and out. However, on a weekend afternoon it was pretty quiet, the store was very clean, and plenty of parking. I suppose the real test is a morning!

As rude as the lady that took my order was to straight up make fun of me for switching my words, my drink was ok and cup wasn’t even full. Her coworker however was very efficient and quick to make my food and apologized for the other girl being rude and childish and I greatly appreciate that as I was very close to saying cancel my order I didn’t ask to be treated poorly. Will be sticking to my usual location from now on but wanted to thank the woman who apologized
