Mel creates a welcoming environment for all to workout, no matter what your fitness level is, and truly makes each participant feel comfortable within the class. There is a great variety of small group classes offered at different times to fit your schedule. I highly recommend Coach Mel’s to anyone looking for a positive group workout experience.

Coach Mel’s group fitness classes are great! She offers senior classes which are most times paid for by insurance. Her regular member classes are very small.. lots of individual attention to correct form and just have fun while working out! Melanie is a great person.,, she cares about ALL of her members. She provides fitness classes in a very relaxed and friendly environment! Try her two week trial membership, you won’t be disappointed.

I've gotten to know Coach Mel over the last few months and I love the energy she brings. Wonderful person and the studio is amazing! Highly recommend if you're looking for classes and training with someone easy to talk to and work with!

Great, easy way to get started on your fitness journey! Each day is a new group of exercises. She makes you feel good and gives you options/alternatives if you need them. I love the virtual live option because it holds me accountable, and having the content library is awesome. If I miss a class, I just go to the content library!

I absolutely LOVE working out at Coach Mel's! It's such a fun atmosphere and everyone who goes there is super friendly! I was looking for a social atmosphere to workout that would be "judgement free" and a place where I can get motivated by those around me... I really enjoy the camaraderie I've developed since starting at Coach Mel's!Coach Mel is AWESOME! She really pays attention to your form and coaches you throughout the entire workout! I am so happy that I can go in person or virtually if needed; it's perfect for my schedule!

Coach Mel's fitness studio is the best! The studio has lots of group classes to choose from and the personal attention from Mel makes each class feel like personal training. She modifies the workouts for the person who is a beginner to expert without making you feel singled out. The studio is clean and everything is wiped down after use. Coach Mel's motto is "Be healthy before you need to be healthy" and she is an incredible motivator to get you there! Join us! You will love it!

Coach Mel’s Silver Sneaker classes are the best. I feel so much stronger since beginning her classes. The atmosphere is fun and enjoyable. Makes working out a joy. Coach Mel puts her all into ensuring we get a good work out and incorporates fun activities to make it even better.

The first thing I noticed about Coach Mel's is the open space - there are no machines! Whether I'm sweating through a cardio class, working through a Boom Muscle class, or laughing with the wonderful people sharing this experience, Mel is my personal trainer.
