“I stopped in at Jack's, desperately needing air in my tires. I ride a mountain bike for transportation, and made a joke about needing a lift. He was very helpful, and made sure he inflated them properly and that I felt safer. We chatted a little bit, and when I asked if he was the owner, he said, "well, I pay the taxes on it"! Jack seems like a great guy, and I've heard he's been around for awhile. Shop was clean, great location, and obviously he's willing to help anyone, even a stranger on a bicycle.”

“I have to say that I have never had such good service at a place that installs tires. I had made an appointment with Jimmy's Auto & Tire last week to have the stock tires that came on my 2022 Toyota Tacoma SR 4x4 changed out before winter weather arrives here in New England. I arrived this morning and was greeted at the front desk by Jimmy. I was then introduced to Chad who is Jimmy's assistant in the garage and he showed me the tires that they would be installing. I was in and out of their garage in about 30 / 40 minutes tops and on my way home. The new tires that they installed made a big difference. “I had a 400 sbc short block built by Precision in late fall 2022. All interactions & transactions were smooth and fair. I got a quote and they stood close to that quote. I have worked in a small business long enough where I can tell just by conversation and the facility how things will go. The guys are dedicated to their profession and take pride in their work. I had most of the parts and I needed them to get some parts for completion. Knowing I was going to get the block heavily machined, I knew they would have to get those parts. In the end, everything turned out as expected and today, after 1200 miles on the build, I couldn't be happier. Mike is mainly who I dealt with, he was good at listening to my needs and didn't push what or how he thought I should have my engine built. Mike was a good listener to the customers needs and wants. I felt the need to write a review, because mostly what I wrote above. I can't say enough good about these guys. Too many people are quick to point fingers and bash a business, I'm going to leave it at that... Thanks again Precision Auto Machine!!”

Got an oil change and a radiator flush per his recommendation.
