Okay, so bank's are trying to make money too on the side by charging non-customer a fee for cashing their check that are written out from their company payroll. I went to this financial institute do to my employer payroll account is thru this bank Wells Fargo, and at the tellers was told there was a fee of $7.50 to cash my check do to I did not have a personal account with them. I understand not having an account but if my employer has an account with them than there shouldn't be a fee to their employees. Mind you on the check it clearly stated that this bank was the company financial institute. I understand that in today's living there are lots of uncertainty and financial hardship but we all are going through it too. There has to be a better way of doing business.

Called ahead (I uave a business accojnt with them) about a service and when I went to the branch they were hostile in regards of the type of service. Never call ahead because the communication problem they have will make them lose business.

Terrible customer service never answered my call no matter how much I tried. All i needed was an answer to a question, but i’m glad so now ik to never get a bank account there.

Understaffed. Available staff is not friendly and are not eager to help whatsoever. It seems like they do not want to be there. Poor quality bank, so disappointed after my prior experiences in Florida. Hartford branches should step up their game. They should learn from Chase bank.

About ready to leave and find a new bank that caters to people like me. Lol Cause the news out last week evidently I'm not going to be catered to. Just gotta find a place that wants my business.

Wells Fargo deleted my payment account without me telling them to, now I have to re-add the account and be more late in my payment....Never doing business with this bank ever again.

I went in to withdraw $400 I received from a refund & was racially profiled by a white lady they say by the name Linda I Will Not Let This Slide & Will Be Taking This To The Upper . She thought I was trying to scam them after showing the refund from the store .Also Didn’t Get To Get My Money Had To Go Else With No Problem DO NOT GO In There As A African American Young Lady !
