the manager Darlene knows the customers and is extremely friendly and able to help. the service is night and day compared to the BOA next door

I went to use the 24 hour atm unfortunately the ATM took my debit card without any notice. I went to go get it the next day and the bank teller was extremely rude and aggressive when all I said was that they should have some sort of notification stating they don't accept other cards from other Banks and their ATM will take them. She also told me that they cannot hold the card and if I don't come by the end of the business day they will destroy my card. I would not come back here and I would absolutely not get a bank account with this location or probably Webster in general based on that terrible experience.

I called the one at Copaco about their notary she told me "not today" I asked when she said not this week. So evasive. I called the one on Farmington Ave and was told they couldn't help me because the paperwork was not associated with webster.

On August 26, 2020 @ 4:50-5:45 p.m... I went to the atm to withdraw money so I can pay my electric bill and grab my kids diapers, I go to the drive-thru atm and it happens to be a new machine. Well this machine took my debit card and while I waited for 10 minutes I decided to go into the bank and ask for help. Well the teller came out looked at the atm pressed the cancel button which I’ve already done multiple times, he tells me he doesn’t know what to do or what happened. At this point I’m frustrated because I don’t have an account with them so if I cancel my debit card I would have to wait a week to get a new one which means I can’t pay my bills or support my kids.. I then ask for the manager. The manger comes out and I told him exactly what happened, he said there’s nothing he can do and just kept asking the same questions that I’ve already told. I just wanted to know if I can get my debit card back or if I can still take money out if I gave them my bank info or to just cancel my card/lost so I can get my kids home at least... The manger says “I’ll be right back”... i waited outside with my kids and my younger brother for 45 minutes while they looked at me through the teller window. I was super confused on why they were just looking at me in a group knowing the situation and no one bothered to say anything. 45 minutes go by and they called the cops on me, lied, and told the cop I was trying to pry open the atm with a tool. I told the cop to check cameras and told him the situation, I had to even take a video of how rude and unhelpful the tellers and manger was there, to the point where the cop was even saying he doesn’t know why they wouldn’t help or tell me something. It took a police officer “they called” to get the info I waited for with a 1 year old and three week old baby along with my 17 year brother. Well it was proved that I didn’t do anything but wait patiently for help for answers the bank never told me. Very very unprofessional on how they handled the situation, for all they know I was a customer or was trying to be a customer. All I’m saying is that’s not how you handle things at a place of business and to lie and call the cops on a very innocent family man, just to make me leave really shows how unprofessional that bank is. I’ve been there in the past the same Webster in Farmington Ave Bristol CT, and they always been pretty rude or wear their feelings from the outside world to work. I’m very disappointed and I really hope something is said and done. I do have a video of the entire situation if it comes down to I’ll have to show corporate and the media world. Something just needs to be done or taught to the employees on how to handle and treat people....

Very polite staff you are greeted before you're even in line...wait time is a little long but they always remind you that we be right with you... they are well experienced and willing to help you at all cost. Its my bank and I love them

I will never come to this branch again. Very rude and not helpful at all! The entire time the lady ICY was trying to tell me how and what to do with my account as if I'm a child. I won't be banking with them no longer. She was super rude!!! If i could give no stars trust me I WOULD

Omg I love this bank so much, nice and clean and their so helpful. I open my first account here and I don't regret it. Literally the best place to be plus their customer service is exceptionally good. The nicest set of people I've come across. I'll recommend this bank to anyone,any day and any time. They take their job serious and they Execute. They make sure you feel at home and also make sure In the end they leave a smile on your face when leaving. My experience here was great, so caring. I can't explain how much I really and truly love this bank. It's just amazing I tell you. They even call and check up

Where should I even begin with the negatives? First off, the customer service is pretty much non-existent. All of the bank tellers, the front end staff and even the managers have REALLY BAD ATTITUDES! A simple request here usually turns into an unnecessary hassle which is why I just try to avoid this bank altogether. However, a few days ago, I wasn't so lucky and had to come in here. Once again...... the bank tellers were rude and sarcastic. All that I asked for was a simple question about how to transfer money between accounts. Then the girl there - forgot her name starts copping a wicked attitude asking me why don't I have a total access debit card, or whatever it's called. Then she basically tells me that without the debit card, they won't be able to process my transaction. (Even though I had showed her my photo ID mind you, and the dollar amount which I was trying to transfer was well below the $1000 amount). But anyways, I just decided to leave rather than hassling with these people any longer. Out of necessity only, I've been forced to do my banking here a lot longer than I would've wanted because I just kept putting off closing my accounts and transferring everything over to a different bank. However, with this latest aggravation (on top of all the other issues which I've had with Webster Bank over the years), this will now become a priority for me to just close all of my accounts here and bring all of my business to another bank.
