Anyone from corporate reading this reviews ? I came here to said the same thing. Also Pharmacy department needs more help after 5pm where is the person in charge is during rush hours?( i just moved my prescription from you competition to this store and let me tell you that I am going back again. I only been with Walgreens for 4 days.

Never open at 6am like posted on the front entrance. Very frustrating I called and spoke to a employee by the name of Rhonda her excuse for not opening at 6am was that she was the only employee in the store and that she can’t open the doors unless another employee came in outrageous! Now I have to be late for work! So instead of posting 6am need to change it to 7 so that customers won’t waste their time and gas coming to Walgreens when it’s not open at the schedule time! Is not the first time Walgreens on Washington Stree is never ever open at 6am!

Pharmacy staff nice but over worked, Pharmacist is heartless and mean. I tried to fill pain meds for my dog and she refused, claimed the dog name was in the wrong place on the paper script. She had filled an identical script 4 weeks previously. Go elsewhere for meds!

Every time you call the pharmacy they don’t great you they just put you directly on hold then answer the phone again just to put you back on hold then they just let the phone continue ringing this pharmacy is so unprofessional

I called this pharmacy to see if they had a medicine in stock. The pharmacist said no. I asked if she could check the database to see if other Walgreens had it in stock and she said she couldn’t do that (which I know they can). She then proceeded to hang up the phone in my face. If this is how Walgreens treats its patients I will never order my life saving prescription here again.

Really disappointing called to get a refill on my pills go in store a whole 2 1/2 hrs later just for them to say it’ll be ready in 30 minutes even though they said it’ll be ready in a hour . How ridiculous is this fucking place. They look busy but they’re really not. Pretty crazy too since the medication helps my arthritis but who cares right.

I had a prescription sent in for flu virus infection. I had worse symptoms that I couldn’t leave my home. I don’t have anyone else living in CT to pick up meds. Had requested door dash and the pharmacist here sent her away saying I have to come in person to update my credit card. Despite me calling her and asking if I could update over phone and explaining my situation. I don’t understand why some people don’t understand what others are doing through. If you cannot be of any help at all at least don’t be a bother. I will be changing my preferred pharmacy to another one. I don’t think anyone will have to go through this non sense

Here the employees close when they feel like it and I don't know here they don't have supervisors or anything, they don't care about anything, they close when the employees feel like it. It is closed and it is 24 hours a day
