They service department called me back and since they didn’t have any Saturday service for oil change open they offered to pickup my xt5 from my job and take it in and got the oil change done and the brought the car back to my job they even vacuum and washed the car that was awesome they went above and beyond I highly recommend there service department and they get 5 star and beyond if you own a Cadillac I recommend that you go to them for all your service needs

I just want to first start off this review with how this company has done amazing things to make right of the situation below and I couldn’t be more grateful for them.
About a week ago I bought a 2021 Cadillac CT4 Sport that I am in love with. Upon arriving home after purchasing the car I realized there was a few things wrong with the vehicle so I contacted the dealership to let them know. Being frustrated at them for the fact the car didn’t seem to have been looked over good enough prior to being sold , they told me to rest assured and they would make things right. They went out of their way to come pick up my car 2.5 hours away from the dealership AND give me a loaner vehicle while mine was being fixed.
I have never been a fan of dealerships and work in one myself so I know the ins and outs but find they get a very bad reputation. This dealer is amazing the whole team, Jack, Steven, all great people that made the situation right and I couldn’t be happier I chose to do business with them!
Thank you all for all that you do and I look forward to buying another Cadillac with you all in the future!

I swap cars for a dealership and the car was ready and gassed which rarely happens lol... kudos to the guy I dealt with ????

The Valenti Cadillac Service Team is awesome, especially Scott! I needed a tune-up, oil change and front brake job and Valenti's price blew away the other local Cadillac Dealership and even my local shop that I've been using for years. They also found a bad oil solenoid that I was unaware of and they replaced FOC. You'd be making a big mistake if you didn't make them your first choice.

This is our first purchase from Valenti Cadillac. Sales person Joe P. Is awesome. Finance person Steve was great as well. We love our XT5. We would recommend our family and friends to shop at Valenti Cadillac.

We had the brakes replaced at Valenti and everything went great. Scott helped us and ensured drop off and pick up went smoothly. We only have our 2014 CTS worked on by Valenti and the car runs like new - grateful for their expertise!

Drove three hours to look at a car. The salesmen Steve was absolutely horrible . Barely would give us the time of day. I asked about blemishes in the car, which were not brought to my attention prior. He then proceeded to act offended and give attitude . Whoever the miserable manager in his glass cubicle was even worse. I would go no where near this place . Very unprofessional , stay away!!!!

I set an appointment three weeks ahead of time for 10 AM on a Saturday and when I got to the dealership, there’s only one person in there who had no idea about the service department. He called somebody said yeah they’re not coming in today. This is definitely the worst Cadillac dealership I’ve ever been into. no idea about service? What kind of a deal you get on a car

Thank you everyone involved for making our buying experience easy. From the many questions, to the thousand pics sent. We flew from South Carolina to pick up. Everyone was amazing, from being picked up at the airport, to having the vehicle inside out of thr rain so we could look over it.Car dealerships can get a bad rap, but these guys were honest, caring and just down right amazing10 stars if I could!!

4 calls in to schedule service, sadly could not get past the pit bull operator. Who's favorite pastime seems to be interrupting and talking over.First impressions are important to me.Instead, I scheduled appointment at Scranton Cadillac, it is further but at least they listen to the customer.
