Andrew Lam and Michael Cook were awesome to work with. Helped me reroute an expensive package so I could pick up locally in Hartford. Paying 27.00 to do so was awful, but that's government greed and nothing to do with them. Great experience!!!!

many of the packages I send from this location never get scanned, and thus the tracking information never gets updated. constantly left wondering whether my packages have been lost. three out of the four packages I handed directly to a worker earlier this week never got scanned and have zero tracking info. never coming back

They lost my package and gave me such a run-around when I was trying to resolve the issue. They never picked up the phone, so I had to go in-person multiple times to even talk to someone. I mentioned that I was having trouble getting in touch via phone and the manager said they're just "bad at picking up the phone," and gave me his personal number instead-- which would have been great, but he never picked up when I called that number or returned my calls. So I had to go in-person again when the package still wasn't found, and that time they said there was no one on staff that could help me. So I gave my number and asked them to call me when someone was available-- it's been weeks and no one has contacted me. Given the vast number of 1-star reviews citing zero communication, this location should really be investigated for a complete lack of customer service. It was a complete waste of time having to repeatedly drive to Hartford for no resolution on a package THEY lost.

Horrible customer service there are only a few good postal workers here that deliver mail. When you call the phone jus rings or they hang up on you. The don’t open their doors at the times listed . Waited outside for 30 mins at 8am before they opened the door . Workers will make your package unsecure instead of leaving boxes in mail room. Or mark your address wrong when you lived In the same location for over a year. They have lost packages as well . You would be surprised that this a United States Postal Service this is handled like a basement job all honesty if I could opt out of using them I WOULD

Automated message is garbage! I would say representative and it says "I heard representative, i need to hand up not to serve other callers. Is there anything else I can help you with?"Fix your automated message or don't have one at all!!Yes I've tried the other options but the stupid amazed message would say "to connect you to a representative we will need a tracking number"Then I would say and even tried typing it but apparently the tracking number is too long for the freaking robot!!I have made clear instructions for the delivery person to not leave my package unattended but still everytime they leave it then either they steal it or someone else does!! Please fire your postal people or make them do their job correctly!!

I haven’t received Mail in 3 weeks, nor did I get a reply as to why NOT! Very unprofessional. Out of. All major cities that I have lived in, throughout Connecticut, I’ve never had such a horrible experience like the service from these people.
