The worst place to go only has 3 parking spaces or at least that is what is visible. They enter at 9:30 at 2. Apparently they take a break and close the place so if I lose my packages I won't come back.

To the person who decided to steal my husband's wallet from the right hand counter infront of the clerk, thank you. I am never taking any business to this location. I don't even care about the cash, you could've at least given the cashless wallet to the clerk instead of taking all our id's which we needed for a trip we had out of the country. We took all avenues and made the needed calls, to try to figure out who could've taken it but got no help. So again, thank you for opening our eyes and ruining our day.

I've lost packages here and I paid for ground advantage shipping for majority of my packages for customers, just for the packages stay there for days prior to being shipped. Lost/spend so much money because of this. I've received negative feedback/refund customers because of their mistakes and unprofessionalism. I've also called the internal affairs team. NO LUCK! NO ANSWER! Just go to Weston St if you live in Hartford.

Miguel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He took the time to assess what I was shipping and directed me to the appropriate packaging so I didn’t end up overpaying. He saved me a ton of $$$. Excellent customer service!

would give this dump half a star if possible. worst post office in connecticut and possibly the entire united states. avoid avoid avoid. verbally aggressive and impatient staff with absolute zero customer service skills and just manners in general, who will straight up shout and belittle you in front of other customers before you can even get a word out to ask a simple question. god forbid you have more then one question to ask.

This has to be the worst post office I've ever stepped foot in. I don't generally go here, but if I'm passing through, and I need something they offer, I'll stop by. Even just "stopping by" is almost impossible, there is nowhere to park, ever. I go here for post office type of services, very basic, like buying stamps or mailing out a package or letter. The clerk is always grumpy, moody, lacking common manners, and simply unpleasant, even when it's not at all busy. I will not go here again.

doreen is horrible. vicky is no help either. i had nothing but problems here.. with packages, my po box & keys. here is the last that did it (giving few details) a package says delivered at the mailroom/clerk desk at 11:22am 12/28, i go there at 4:40pm & they say i have no package & sent me to washington st post office to check. my package says delivered at 06112 why would it be at 06106? still check and it wasnt. went back there. banged on door for their names. their customer service wasnt great to begin with. vicky was better than doreen though. doreen very lazy and doesnt speak professional in front of customers. doreen screamed yelled and swore at me. cannot get my package and have been waiting since 12/24 since the first time the usps tried delivering but couldnt due to "no access to delivery location" 540pm christmas eve. so my package was delivered again today 12/28, successfully this time though and theyre saying they dont have my $383.00 package.

If you want to lose your mail, this is the best place to do it. I've been tracking my package and they delivered it on a different day when I was at work now the tracking says it in Springfield MA. THAT WAS A WEEK AGO
