Bill provided me with a very reasonable estimate for the aforementioned items as well as rear braking system (e.g drums, shoes, emergency/parking brake). Bill advised me when the work would be completed and his team finished on time. I will be going back to Monro for my future automotive needs.”

“I had a tire that had been leaking air I had it patched up but it didn't hold.so Sunday it went totally flat so I pulled in toA&R and decided it would better to get a tire instead of having it repaired so they put one on and it looked fairly new good price also I'm happy except u have to pay cash only it wasn't advertised lucky I had some money I'd go back”

“may sound silly, but as a women I get nervous bringing my car anywhere. I've been to many places before where they try to add on extra things that I know I don't need to wrack up my bill. I would go for one or two things and leave with them telling me I need10 different things done, knowing that those had been things already taken care of.
But with Reliable, that was not the case. My boyfriend had just went there for his car and told me he will never go anywhere else again and once my car started acting up he said that I needed to see them. My car has been so loud lately and I needed an oil change. They called and told me the oil change was all set but my exhaust needed to be welded back on. they said my exhaust did not need to be replaced but definitely needed to be welded back but they couldn't do that. so they recommend a place that could help. They were so honest, friendly, kind and helpful.
I spoke with Anthony and Marty and they couldn't have been more of a plessure to speak with. Thank you for the honest service. I will not only be back, but will recommend them any chance I get! :)”
