The teller was very inrespectfull to a costumer we always cash my check in tdbank. I think this ladies are racists .the Spanish lady and the American Indian lady.bad bad costumer service they don't know how to handle a situacion train them.

NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE IN THIS BRANCH. VERY UNRESPONSIVE AND THIS IS NOT JUST ONE TIME BUT HAPPENS ALWAYS. SICK OF THIS BANK.

Once a fan but ran into a situation not being able to withdrawal money from account even with proof of ownership and got no ETA on when funds would be available to me. Called throughout the day for updates and was hung up on multiple times. Recommend credit union these people take money faster than they give it back.

Gabby! If I could give more than 5-stars to this TD Bank Downtown Hartford location based solely on my interaction with Gabby, then I would do so. She is friendly, affable, professionally courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I am sure that other employees at this location are great, too, but I specifically interacted with Gabby. For starters, as far as basic customer service goes, Gabby noticed and acknowledged me mere moments after I entered the bank, so I wasn't waiting long to be served. Once I sat down with Gabby she quickly understood my request, clearly explained the time frame and what to expect, and was able to handle my request satisfactorily within a 24-hour turnaround which was slightly sooner than expected. Gabby is a real asset to this location - her smile and winning personality only further enhance her clear intellect and great customer service skills!

Worlds most inconvenient bank 5 people behind counter no drive thru but I literally got a 30 mins parking pass at booth and waited this long Horrible bank the worst

Excellent banking experience every time! Customer service and staff are exceptional. You can ask them a question on just about anything and they know the answer! I just learned a few days ago how to do a mobile check deposit. I appreciate how the bank clerk, Alejandro, patiently walked me through the mobile deposit. Now if I receive a check I know how to deposit right from my phone without having to travel to Downtown Hartford! This TD Bank also has two (2) ATMs in the entry and a wide open space in the lobby. Parking is available right in front of TD Bank with access to local bus transportation if you are traveling on foot. I love that at the time of this review (Wed 2/17/21) hours are now extended to 6:00 pm on Th and Fri and open 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday. Now I can have my mail and banking done within the same time frame. Thank You!

8/18/2020-TD bank in downtown Hartford closes before the closing time!.They Now have a security guard asking customers&potential customers if they're going in the bank or seeing a teller..I was there at 3:40pm&was refused entry..(&YES I had a mask on)I was told by the security guard the Tellers aren't seeing anyone..I looked over,there were 3 tellers standing around as if they were ready to accept Customers.. Another customer who was there at 3:30pm w/his wife&child was told Tellers weren't seeing anyone..He was checking to see if he has to hop on the bus,35 minutes ride,to go up there..Is happening at ALL TD banks or just the ones IN Hartford??!. 9/8-Let me ADD,My daughter was having problems w/her ATM pin..She went Trumbull st bank,again..The security sitting on chair told her she had to make an appt..2:45pm it was made..At 3:15pm,my daughter receives a text to come in& before she could walk in,she was told the appt was CANCELED!.We waited in the hot sun for 30minutes!!.There was no where to go to sit around..Soo,my daughter needed an appt to get her money to be told by some new manager they weren't taking any appts..There were 5 employees in bank standing around doing nothing..He gave my daughter a piece of paper&brushed her off.. TDBank closes at 4pm&they refused to help Customers at 3pm&Cosed after her..My daughter called the number&it wasnt the correct number..I tweeted them..After 3 tweets,they have the NERVE to Use the pandemic as an excuse to refuse Customers& potential customers.. The Customer service at Trumbull street is WORSE after the pandemic..I'm Glad I switched to Bank of America.. The security guard at downtown Hartford makes you feel Safe waking in to ATM&you DON'T need an appt to go to the tellers..
