Sry but not so pleasant experience setting up a connection with them. Called and setup an appointment but the Person called 2 hrs before the scheduled time. Asked for a call back number and when tried calling no one answered. Called the office again talked to the receptionist, left the message for the person and was assured a call later. But to my surprise no one called.....I don't think I can go back...will look for some other -- more-- professional consultants.

Worst service ever…..We went in to get our taxes done we weren’t happy with the figures she gave us so we didn’t give her our banking details. The agreement was we would call to give her our banking details she must hold of on filing yet, to our surprise she went ahead and filed without our knowledge!!! The child credit she didn’t even include it & we have two kids…..I say all this to say she messed up our taxes and clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing!!! Lesson learnt never again are we going back there and will spread the news so others don’t fall a trap to this bad service!!!

I enjoy coming to see Jessie, she is always willing to help the community and never stops smiling. She will go the extra mile for sure… I’ve been doing my taxes for years with her and she always helps and educates all of her individuals. She is phenomenal.

A company’s true colors are exposed when things go wrong. Notice how the negative review share similar themes. We had been clients of Tax Plus for years. They are very nice in the absence of conflict. Recently, a simple keystroke error ended up costing me thousands of dollars. Not only was I told I wouldn’t be getting money back, but I was told I owed $4000. I knew this did not seem right. After combing through the paperwork, reaching out to my employer, and looking up tax codes, I found the error and made multiple attempts to contact my tax preparer to notify her. I could hardly get a call back, but when I did, I was told I “didn’t know what was I talking about” and that my tax return was done correctly. She would also hang up on me and huff and puff on the phone instead of listening to my concern. Finally, I received a call from this person (after much persistence) telling me I was correct regarding the keystroke error she had made. Unfortunately, due to the dismissiveness of this individual, the tax return was already filed at this point and required an amendment. To think I had to be so persistent to have this rectified is unacceptable. There is no accountability on their part. Just save yourself the potential headache and do your taxes online or through a *real* CPA.

Zero stars from me. None of the staff there know what they're doing except the CPAs. They keep you on hold for forever. Completely unhelpful. They don't listen to you. You have to repeat the same information multiple times. They hang up on you if you get frustrated. They send you tax information that is another person's tax information. Sorry Tabitha, hope you don't have the same issues that I did. Unreal. You're only as successful as the people around you. God help them. Use TurboTax if you're smart.

I’ve done my taxes here for 3 years and each year there has been an issue. The first 2 years I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but this year has been the worst service I received from them. I went in the day of my appointment, completed most of my taxes, but I was missing the childcare tax ID. I emailed her (Sam) the information the next day and she responded that my taxes have been submitted on April 4th. 60 days later I noticed I haven’t received my refund. I emailed them and didn’t receive a response, I went in person and no one was able to locate my file. I called a bunch of times and they kept tell me they’ll call me back and I never hear from them. Finally, I told them that I’m not waiting for a call back and that they should have my file ready when I go in. I went in and I finally got my file but when I went to the IRS to track my refund the IRS couldn’t locate it. Apparently my taxes were submitted that day (June 2nd). At this point, they lied, submitted my taxes late, & were non-responsive or took any accountability. I called to get a refund they did and got the same run around.If I would have never called them my taxes would my taxes would have never been submitted. Finally I spoke to Shannon who asked me what happened. As I’m explaining i’m mentioned that Sam did my taxes, but the owner actually submitted them the day I picked up my file up. She interrupted me and rudely said “ he is my father ! Stop calling him the owner” as if I’m supposed to know the relationship without her introducing herself ( I’m unsure how her correcting me was relevant). She then proceeded to explain that I am not getting a refund because they did the job and hung up on me. Needless to say she was rude, dismissive, and very unprofessional. I don’t understand how this kind of service has received 4 stars.
