One time I was eating there and got up to get a napkin or something. There was a 'wet floor sign, but the floor was actually flooded - not your normal wet floor. I slipped and landed on my knee. I filled out an incident report and made a complaint to corporate, but never heard back from them. Luckily, I didn't suffer any injury. Had I done so, I would have sued them. It's a shame that corporate didn't even call. Makes you think they don't care about people.

The staff is incompetent, clearly do not care. Each one with an ear bud in their ear, half listening, rude, and obviously have not had any sort of food safety training. I stood and watched one of them who should have been wearing a hair net put on their gloves and stuff a cookie in their mouth and went straight to start putting veggies on sandwiches. Table is and dining room was trashed. The napkin dispensers were empty. The manager I spoke with was kind and obviously frustrated with the kids who work there. I knows it's subway, however the health department needs to take a trip.

The staff was reusing knives, the pop machine didn't work, and the staff was slow at making sandwiches. Frustrating given the captive audience at the science center.

The staff was to busy talking!I got a due it your own salad I asked what do you recommend they just looked at each other and giggled!So basically I was on my own,all together with a Gatorade 17$!ok I understand your next to science center but it was a small and they didn't even tell me condiment we're extra.im hungry I bout anyways,wanted to charge my phone no outlets working I asked why because homeless people are using it?!There was maybe to homeless people all the way to the science center not bothering anyone, actually one of the girls was rude to one just asking about the outlets again laughing and giggling!Subway is becoming to me a place not to eat any more.i guess if your rich and don't live pay check to paycheck to support your family,hey who cares right!never going to 200 Columbus Blvd again Hartford CT

This was the only place to get food in the science center so it was PACKED! They ran out of most fountain drinks. Only one register. The person taking orders was fast. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was just not enough things to cover the flow of people. Next time, I’ll pack a lunch.

Store was open at 3pm on a Saturday and literally had no 1 loaf of bread. A few wraps. No Mayo. No Tuna. A lot of Turkey and Chicken Terryakaki. That’s All!

I waited in line or for 20 min. When I was next in line, one of the servers announced that it is 7:00 pm, and they are closed. It was a special event at the Science Center that night, and due to the commotion, I did not realize what time it was. It was 7:02 pm, when I asked for one 6 in sandwich with ham and cheese for my child. No toasting , no veggies. It would have taken her 2 min.to make it. In an exceptionally rude way, the server refused to serve me. I could tell she was enjoying her power. The person at the register seemed ready to serve me, but was reminded that they are closed. Obviously, neither good business practice (serve the customers already in the store and/ or make your customers happy), nor simply being human (understanding the circumstances and a hungry child) were of any significance to this server.I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Trash. Just don’t do it. I’d rather starve then deal with the people working here. Got the order wrong. Got sandwiches mixed up. Every fountain drink was out. It is clear that management doesn’t train their employees properly here or provide proper support. This location is a perfect example of how to NOT run a business.

Staff was poorly trained. I had to repeat myself several times for everything and they get irritated that I wanted to choose my own veggies for my grinder! Isn't that the point of subway??? Even after the struggle of ordering in open my grinder and it isn't even cut! Do better.

Ordered a Tuna sandwich ahead of time using the subway app. Got my sandwich and it didn’t have Tuna in it. Went back to get a new sandwich and they were out of the bread.
