The ONLY person who would fix my sons tashiba with a built in vcr. I can’t tell you how many people laughed at me when I called to ask if they could fix it. Was told by others “no one works on those lol good luck”. Then I called Steve and he was happy to do it! We will be going back any time we have an issue with it now. Thank you Steve!

So far I brought my tv this past Wednesday. Hoping he will touch base on tv. What I witnessed he looks unprofessional and unorganized. My son say this to me first and I say the something. It’s now Saturday and i ask how is it going. He said he couldn’t find a part. I’m only upset because, he was very rude and wouldn’t keep me informed about what going on. Then he said just take your tv back and go somewhere else. Very rude men!!!!

Hired him to repair a $500 TV. He charged $300 in "travel cost." He replaced the motherboard which was not the problem. He later said the TV may need a new panel and never tried to fix it after that. He charges travel cost to avoid being held liable for parts and labor. He was quick to blame the manufacturer and refused to give me a refund since he did NOT repair the TV. Do not recommend!!

I recently brought an electric shaver that failed to operate properly to Steve's Electronics, on New Britain Avenue, in Hartford, CT. To my pleasant surprise, while I waited, Steve took the shaver apart, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the problem within 30 minutes! After thanking Steve for his repair, I asked what the repair would cost. I was again pleasantly surprised at the charge Steve quoted me for the repair! I paid Steve and thanked him for his work. I asked Steve what other small appliances he repaired and Steve said he repairs most small appliances including TV's! I asked Steve for his business card and left the shop within 30 minutes with a shaver that worked perfectly as new! I can't thank and commend Steve enough for his efficient and skilled repair of my shaver! I would highly recommend Steve to anyone needing repairs of small electronic appliances and I will definitely return to Steve for any small appliance repairs I am in need of!

Steve accepted my projector for repair in early September 2022 and never repaired it. He kept saying parts are not available and that he was looking for it until early November 2022. Eventually he never fixed it. He is probably one of the worst as it relates to customer service. He will not pick up your calls. Return messages or communicate properly on status of your repair. The shop is a very poorly organized place in w. Hartford. He even took a $50 deposit to diagnose but literally did nothing with it. I am planning to go pick up the un repaired projector today and I hope he hasn’t stolen any parts from it. My recommendation would be to stay away. Even if he repairs something he will give you significant heartache before he does., in not properly communicating.

0 starssss !!! worst place ever . brought my tv bc led lights went out and got it back BROKEN ! parts on my tv were melted and he tried to cover it up with black tape went to go pick it up he left it outside and said he had somewhere to be bc he broke it ! i believe he’s just taking parts from stuff… he’s also so rude , doesn’t know how to communicate like a MAN ! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ! YOU WILL REGRET IT

Steve'sTV repairs is a disaster mess, he is not a man of his word he will treat your item like trash he is very disorganized, the place look like a junkyard from the outside to the inside he doesn't even give a receipt because his computer is broken how can he fix something, and can't fix his computer, go check if you don't believe, but make sure you don't do business with him guaranteed you will REGRET IT ??

i brought a high quality and expensive table radio in for repair. i was told it would take about two weeks and was given a ticket. I called many times over the next 4 months with response of "not ready yet", "waiting for a part" or no response at all. I went back to retrieve the radio, and I was told that they couldn't repair it and it was thrown away. NEVER AGAIN!

I go for 3 weeks waiting for my tv all I had was the damaged light that supposedly he said he would fix it in a couple of days it took a week to get the part and when I set up my tv at home it only worked 10 minutes and I had to take it now it goes for 2 weeks and you have to send for another piece that supposedly damaged I told him that I want my TV for I already told him about the bad reviews that I saw here and he got upset that he has been in this for 30 years and everyone has bad comments he will always see but when there are many and very often it's for something and I don't let myself talk anymore and I get hooked on the face I paid for some services and they treat you

I 'v being having my repairs done by STEVE'S ELECTRONICS for the past 20 yrs. from CRT tv's to these newer LED'S. He just did a good job on my $9000.00 old pioneer plasma Tv. , I'm surprised he got some bad reviews.

I took my movie projector to esteve. With an issue white spots on the screen he was able to tell me the problem right away and fixed the issue in five days for a reasonable price

Don't do business with this man. He is not honest at all he will change the price after taking 8 months just to fix a simple HDMI return my new system with scratches, dents he even wrote on it. also didn't even repaired the system he mailed it to get fix with out letting me know I found out few months after I ask why was taking so long. SMH, don't waste your time and money!!!.

Do not trust this man with your electronics.I had a tv that needed LED light replacement, I brought it to Steve and when I got it back the tv didn’t sit correctly on the legs. It leaned forward so much that the picture quality was effected. I wonder if he stole the tv speaker inside the television, because the audio and buttons on the tv didn’t work when he returned it. (Everything worked fine before he touched it) Steve actually super glued my tv closed and super glued it to the mount. When I confronted him about it he told me that it was fixed and he wouldn’t refund me or fix my issues.I’m not sure what kind of shady business this man is running but please avoid his “business” at all costs!
