If u aint hispanic don't go here ..tried to migrate my phone svc from sprint and was told that the sprint system is down nationwide. Went to another store and was helped with no problem! It's obvious they only cater to their own people !

They lied about my bill, messed up the plan I wanted and added lookout and safe and found when I requested I didn’t want it. Manager is never around and the lady was rude af I highly don’t recommend this locating they will screw you for commission sadly the truth! Gave them a bad score on the survey I received and the district manager Ray called me but never did he ever fixed my situation but lied to me about how can I make your experience better smfh! Wish I could of gave them no stars!!!

I tried to call for assistance regarding a new phone and I can not believe the level of immaturity that was displayed. Jamal or Jamael who answered the phone was very rude and hung up the phone on me after yelling "you have to make an appointment" I then called back asking how to go about making an appointment. Jamal answered the phone again snapping at me when I was only trying to get help. I was trying to purchase a new phone while I waited for my replacement in the mail. These times during this pandemic are very difficult and it's just an inconvenience to be in the house with small children and no access to a phone. I have always went to Manchester locations but have recently moved therefore I'm closer to Hartford. However after that experience I will be sure to spread the word how rude the staff is here. I recommend going to any other store than this one. They're rude and very unprofessional!!!!!

my Lease was up. Went into store to tell them I wanted to pay off rest of phone and keep the one I had. 3 of them said do the upgrade and I will save you 15 dollars a month. Well they didn’t save me anything. Completely lied right to my face. My bill was actually 5 dollars more. So they robbed me off 20 dollars a month for 24 months. I called sprint. I went into the store and you know what they gave me. 40 dollars off on one bill. They robbed me off 480 dollars for 2 years. This store is terrible. I’ve been with. Sprint for 16 years. And this is how I got treated. I will never use sprint again after my lease is up. And I will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.

I went to the store and was helped the first time by eager representatives. I needed a new phone for myself and my husband and my friend who is on my line. Was advised to come back 3 days later for a promo which included 25% off many accessories, etc. Also told the activation fee would be waived because they were separate from corporate and they were doing nice things for long time customers. Made an appointment with Vivica. She started on my sale but her friends came in so she stopped working on the computer to speak to them for a bit. Then her computer locked up so she had to start all over again trying to input information. I was not offered any accessory for 25% off. Rather, she tried her best to up sell me everything she could. Meanwhile my husband and friend were patiently waiting. I was going to get two A50's and my husband an Iphone8 . I agreed to buy the accessories at full price because i was being pressured. . I was going to pay for them outright . Handed her my debit card to which she replied. Oh, by the way, there is a $60 upgrade fee. Oh REALLY? Every single time i went on my account i was given a notice that i was eligible for a FREE upgrade on every phone. Furious that i was lied to and wasted two hours of my time. I told them it was BS and my husband was angry. They lost the sale for 3 people that day and the manager just stood there and said would you like to look at something else. I have been a customer since 2001 and I came home and called Sprint Customer Retention who were awesome and called that Sprint store to advise them of the complaint. They also arranged for the Newington Store to take care of the 3 NEW phones we are buying. Was also told that the price of the Iphone 8 we were quoted was not true either. They are very good at technical problems but don't care about the customer.

The young women working behind the customer service desk; Destiny, Silvia, and Angelina are as sweet as can be!!!!!!!! I'am above & beyond happy with the phone & deal I received from the company, I wanted a good smart phone that had an exceptional camera, not to mention I never thought I would have a New phone so soon!!! Thanks to meeting Customer Serv Rep's Destiny & Silvia outside of there work place promoting outstanding deals, they lured me in & just like Magic I was SOLD!!! Destiny's marketing knowledge is amazing!!!!!! She will definitely improve the Sprint business at the rate she is going. All of the ladies know what they are doing & go the extra mile in a friendly relaxed way, not only is service expert & fast, price is fair & they all take their time to educate you. BIG THUMBS UP for this location and to the Manager Izzy for being in charge of a great group of young ladies as well as maintaining the best location of any Sprint store I have ever visited..

Christain the store manager is a great guy. He cares about his customers a great deal. I had received a free phone after upgrading to a new phone. I decided I did not want the new phone. Christian assisted me in returning the new phone without any hassles. Christain has now made this store my sprint store. Keep up the great work Christain!!!
