Worst dealership ever. I purchased a CPO Mercedes Benz S Class 2021. So many issues that did meet CPO requirements. Tires were worn... wheel alignment was messed up. Front brakes were bad. they did not take care of the anything and the brakes! seriously on a CPO Mercedes Benz. they were new scratches on the car from when I first saw it. Also one rim got scuffed up and scratched up when I saw the first time it was not like that.. on delivery it was. they beat on their cars be aware They ignored all my calls extremely poor and rude customer service. They play games. They put me through hell!!!!! I can't believe they are a direct Mercedes dealership! Warning Stay Away. They use very deceptive and trickery tactics.

As of this past Saturday, I am officially a Mercedes-Benz owner. I had a very pleasant experience here. My sales associate, Nick, called me back after an online inquiry that I placed right away and scheduled an appointment for me as soon as he could. After a test drive, I knew this was the car for me. I felt well taken care of and the process was very simple and quick. We were given a full break down of all associated costs and financing options. I'm looking forward to my service and care as a new member of the New Country Motor Cars Hartford community.

I have been a customer with New Country for 25 years. I have purchased 8 vehicles and serviced them all there. On my last purchase of Sprinter van, I would like to give a Big Shout out to Tristan, a Sprinter sales manager, who has taken care of any question, or concerns I have had. Excellent job! I love my Sprinter van!!! No issues, great on fuel, comfortable!Tristan and Service department making sure that my van is always serviced on time.I’m planning to buy another Sprinter this summer from New Country and Tristen, due to a Sprinter reliability and Great Customer service!

Great experience with Tristan when looking for and purchasing my Sprinter. He helped me through the process, was very informative and responsive to all my questions as I was making a decision. There was no pressure in the process and everything went very smoothly. Even after the sale, when I had questions, Tristan was always ready to jump on a call and assist.Because of this experience I have also worked with Mew Country regarding the purchase of 2 additional vehicles.

Bout a 2020 gas sprinter, and i do not regret it, purchasing process was very easy with these guys, they made it quick, answered all my questions, helped me out and got me spare keys even from the previous owner

Stay away read the reviews on new country motor cars I should have.Walking into new country motors is like walking into Walmartthey do not represent the brand at all.Service advisers don't exist once they have your car in for repair.

Put a car in for service, with an appointment schedule for 745 am on a Monday, they called on Friday saying they haven't even looked at it. This is the week before Xmas and it is my 75 yr old mom's car. This now leaves her stranded the week of Xmas with no way for her to do errands except for me to drive each day 1 hr each way to take her. Mercedes cost more for sure, but why is the service so so so terrible
