Bought a chain a while back came out good. Bought another one recently for Mother’s Day and he had to fix it three times due to doing a horrible job on the name. To top it all off he tried ripping me off by keeping the part of the chain he cut off to make it shorter when I paid for the whole chain. I won’t ever come back here again I can’t trust this guy. If it wasn’t for me calling him out he would of never said anything!!!! There’s better places around avoid this place!! Edit: Now they want to make up a false story. He “Lost parts of the chain that I paid for and offered to fix the other chain to make up for not having the part of the chain he cut off and kept. The fact is that he messed up the piece 3 times SMH!! Look at the photo below for yourself and see if this is something you would buy and be happy with. The Quality Was Not There!!! I repeat again he lies and cannot be trusted. All they’re doing is further proving my point.

This place is no good he (owner) has no heart. I lost my job cause I caught coronavirus was in the hospital for 3 weeks and he wouldn't give me my money back or put my money twords something less expensive. He didn't even start my name plate if he would have done my name I would understand but he didn't loose anything. He just kept my money for nothing. A thief that what's it called. This is not a good business at all I would never give him my money. I went across the street to jays jewlery and purchased a name plate bracelet for my daughter for Christmas. This guy is a thief and a poor business owner!
