Shell Response | Response to Garret Jenckes False Review:You came to our store on Saturday October 7th, 2023 trying to fill gasoline up in an empty soap bottle. This is illegal! I advised you to bring a proper red gas can which is the legal way to store gas. I never told you that you have to buy one from us. You’re misguiding other people with your negative review.

Hopefully you don't run out of gas and this is the only gas station open they won't let you fill up your container unless it's purchased from them. They claim that it is for safety obviously it's much safer to walk down the road. The chances of you getting hit by a car are much higher than the chances of you randomly exploding from carrying a gas can

I ended up in this Shell gas station on 7/12. I'm 58 and these 2 young guys were really helpful and pleasant. They directed me the right way and I felt the need to recognize them. I don't think they know that they made my night better just by being nice. I hope they knew this. We need more people like this.

Not even an accurate schedule for Google to feed customers. Website says 24hrs and it's open, but when I show up needing gas at 12:15AM, it's "lights out"

I've been going to the same shells for over 20 years. So much has changed in the past few years. I will no longer shop there for anything. None of the people there speak clear enough English. They are rude. They refuse customers that choose to pay with change. They're know for short changing customers on both purchases and gas. They tell you to move aside so they can help other customers with less items. Unbelievable. An to find out the gas station a block away for here. On sisson and capitol is by far cheaper, for all the same products available at shell.
